    I’m having the same problem and it’s incredibly frustrating. If checking out as a guest is going to fuck up your entire order, maybe don’t offer that as a fucking option. I have the exact same problem as OP. I purchased the EZ Drummer 3 software, toontrack happily charged my bank and gave me absolutely nothing. when i go to my account i have nothing to download and yet, there it is on my fucking bank statement. Toontracks, $221. That’s okay. I really wasn’t looking to make music with the thing i bought tonight, i just wanted to spend the fucking money. WTF? and  you arrogant assholes don’t even have a support phone number or even chat bot. For the amount of money you charge for your fucking software you should be embaressed to have such a shit delivery system and website. It’s fucking disgusting.

    Did you receive an email with order details that have serial numbers for your purchased products? You would then register them to your account with the Toontrack Product Manager.

    Have a problem with ez3 im stuck on this and don’t know what to do

    As Rixa posted above, have you installed the sound library or just the plugin?

    Maybe a shot on the dark but are you running in cached mode? Do all of the samples load at first start-up or do more samples load as you hit the kit pieces?

    I’m not sure what your question is.

    In your first post, you say you can’t remove an authorization. In your pic you posted you don’t have any authorizations for the EZD3 Core library which is correct as the authorization for the Core Libra is tied to the EZD3 product plugin and shouldn’t show an authorization.

    What exactly is your question regarding how to unauthorize your product? What product are you trying to unauthorize?

    After import of the tempo map, make sure you deactivate Follow Host in the S3 Transport or it will bounce only at the current cursor location from your DAW.

    I’m having the exact same problem, and I can’t seem to be able to use the VST3 in Studio One 7. I had to swap my secondary laptop a couple times and I can’t seem to Unauthorize the first one. Help!

    Operating system: Windows 10

    You should have an Authorization tab for each product. The tab should look similar to the pic below. Click ‘Remove’ on the authorization you want to remove to be able to authorize a new computer.

    I ordered the midi pack “Laid-Back Grooves” today. Order 3428430.

    During registration, I received the following message in the TP-Manager:

    “Product already registered. That serial number for ‘Laid-Back Grooves’ is already registered to your account.”

    But I can’t find the Laid-Back MIDI Grooves in either the TP-Manager or EZdrummer.

    I don’t remember buying the MIDI pack. Have I paid for a MIDI pack that I already have?

    Why isn’t the MIDI pack showing up in the TP-Manager?

    The product you purchased was auto registered to your Toontrack account and I see that is in your account from our end. Please make sure you’re looking in the MIDI pack section of Product Manager.

    I guess for sake of thoroughness I’d like to see the pic of the Instrument tab instead of the Effects tab you posted above with ‘Toontrack’ selected.

    Not a Studio One user so I can’t give any real world advice. I’m on a Windows 11 machine with Cubase 14 Pro and my Toontrack instruments are in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 and show in Cubase.

    I guess the first troubleshootings would be:

    1. Is the EZD3 plugin actually in the Common Files\VST3 folder?
    2. Does the EZD3 standalone open and work?
    3. Reboot computer
    4. Reinstall Studio One
    5. Reinstall EZdrummer 3

    Has Toontrack support gotten back to you so I’m not duplicating their efforts?

    I accidently bought the Electronic Pop EKX Sound Expansion today and now I have a duplicate. I bought the first one I think from Sweetwater 2023-05-12. I was looking for a drummer expansion. Can I get a refund or purchase of same value? Or even a credit would work. I still want something new from you. I just have very low funds and hopeful. It was my fault. I got used to seeing a label (Owned) on the products. Not that it makes a difference, But I have been buying directly from you and really enjoy my playtime. Anything you could do would be great!
