Topic: Cannot install downloaded product

I just purchased and downloaded the Action! EZX but when...

I just purchased and downloaded the Action! EZX but when I go to install it I get an error that reads “Software Update Required – You need to upgrade your Toontrack software to the latest version before you can install this product.” I assume it’s saying the Product Manager software is outdated, not the EZX itself, because it literally came out today. But I re-downloaded and installed Product Manager and I am getting the same error when I go to install the EZX. Please let me know if you can help diagnose the issue. I’m on macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6.

How do I transfer the sound library from my computer into an external hard drive? I can’t locate the sound library in my computer in order to transfer it into an external hard drive. Please, help.

hi, I’m having a problem, I have EZ drummer free trial and every time I press update and it updates the libraries get deleted and I have to download it again, maybe I should just stop updating?

Please install from the Toontrack Product Manager.
