Hundreds of FAQ’s have been created as a sort of knowledge base to common questions that we receive. Please type a few key words in the search box on the main FAQ page (e.g. Authorize EZdrummer, or Multi out), you will then see the FAQ that pertains to your question. IF you do not find an answer, the contact support button is found at the bottom of each and every FAQ, so simply click on one and then click the contact button.
