I RECIEVED THE ORDER NUMBER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION BUT NO SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORDER EMAIL YOU SENT
WHICH IS IDENTICAL TO THE EMAIL EARLIER.
I’ve just sent the pdf version of your order to your email. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Have not received my serial number and got confirmation –
I’ve resent your order details. Make sure it didn’t inadvertently end up in your spam folder.

Steinberg will update on Cubase 12 Pro in 2022 only with VST3 – what about all the Toontrack plugins? They are only VST2.

Thanked by: hfamI would love to know how you did this. When I try to bounce a drum track that I have created in SD 3 to a portable device for playback, the bounce feature separates the track into 20+ files (snare top, snare bottom, rack tom 1, rack tom 2,….etc). I need to find a way to bounce the track into one usable file for playback/play along. anyone know how to do this?
Please see the Bounce section of the manual.
https://www.toontrack.com/manual/superior-drummer-3/7/7-1-the-track-menu/#7-1-1-bounce
Make sure you select Bounce Output Channels and you’ve routed your busses to a single stereo output pair.

I am pretty good at creating files in EZdrummer 2....I am pretty good at creating files in EZdrummer 2. I assume that I can somehow save a file in EZD2 and open it in EZmix 2. Despite my best efforts, I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. Yes, I have limited experience in saving files in one program and accessing them in another. I know somehow I should be able to save my EZD file into a file on my PC and then access it through EZmix, but that is what I’m having problems with. Any advice from those of you who are advanced users would be appreciated. Sorry I’m a neophyte with this particular process. Thank you!

No. It’s not possible.

In what host are you loading EZbass as a plugin? Some hosts like Cubase require you to activate the plugin outputs in the host itself.

Tried the “uninstall EZD2, install EZD” trick in order to recover Pop/Rock, but had no luck.
Could I just get a Pop/Rock authorization on my EZD2 account?
Thanks in advance

MIDI mapping for installed libraries are found in the Help–About Sound Libraries–MIDI Layout in S3.
The default mapping is as consistent as can be given the difference in kit pieces and articulations.

Well, thanks for responding, Scott. Judging by the number of people being tripped up by this, I would say that it is not crystal clear that the bundles don’t come with EZ drummer itself. I certainly thought that the bundles came with it. My mistake.

The only EZdrummer Line bundle that doesn’t come with EZD2 is the EZX Value Bundle that is EZX (expansion packs) only. The rest of the bundles come with EZD2.

Same issue as everyone else. I spent $300 to buy a package that included: Dark Matter EZX, Jazz EZX and Progressive EZX. Plus I got the add ons Progressive Fusion MIDI and Seventies Prog Grooves…and I’m getting nowhere.
The seemingly ubiquitous ‘you need to upgrade your Toontrack software to the latest version before you can install this product’. I’ve tried everything that I can think of and now don’t know what to do. When you buy a package of software, do you not automatically get the version of the actual EZdrummer software that you need??
Can anyone help, and why hasn’t this issue been provided a simpler solution, since it seems to be catching so many people?

The issue is that customers are purchasing expansion packs (EZXs) without first having the base product (EZD2 or S3).
Each EZX states that:
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.
3 GB free disk space, 2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
A working EZdrummer 2.x.x or Superior Drummer 3.x.x (or above) installation.

Use the Tempo Slider in the Browser and set it 1/2 Time.
Leave the temp at 130bpm and Follow Host on. Grooves that you brows and fresh to the EZD2 Song Track will be 1/2 time.

Thanked by: Ian_SAfcToontrack MIDI packs are made for Toontrack samplers so I’m not sure it’s possible. Have you tried to brows to the location you installed the MIDI pack?

Which Toontrack drum sampler are you using with the drum MIDI?
From the product page:
Works with EZdrummer, EZdrummer 2, Superior Drummer 2 and Superior Drummer 3.
