    Hi,

     

    I think you may have to allow a few more minutes for the process to finish but I resent your details from the web shop.

    Did it work?

    If not, you may have to check your Spam filter to not filter out emails from @toontrack.com.

    I received your email and your confirmation email that you attached and see your EZD2 serial number was shown in the confirmation email. We will assume you are all set now?

    no serial number has come into  my email, though my payment has been taken and i got a email to download the software

    I’ve contacted Toontrack and it seems they’re is an issue with their payment provider in their webshop. I’ve been advised to say:

    “please contact Toontrack Support from webforn in the FAQ below and ask for a refund. When refunded, please use PayPal and repurchase.”

    Same problem here..
    Today I bought EZdrummer 2 on toontrack.com with my credit card but I never got the email with the serial number to register and download the product.
    Can you help me, please?

    Same here,  bought 4 items. No confirmation yet but I downloaded the PM, opened it and nothing there. Whats up? I would like to start using the products I bought.

    Many of us already have. There’s a mass issue happening with the web shop.

    Someone on your side needs to look into this. We’ve been left hanging for a few hours now.

    Maybe give them this for their server… the gerbil probably died from Black Friday exhaustion. Needs more power. 😀

    They must have installed the bunny. I got an email regarding my order and now see my items in the Product Manager.

    2021 and this is still a thing. Just ordered D&D SDX, received the order is complete email,  details of my purchase and a confirmation number but no serial number. My original order for superior drummer came through with a code right away. Maybe this takes time but if so it could be mentioned somewhere.
