Note that the older EKXs (made before the release of EZkeys 2) do not contain any new MIDI grooves, just the new Sound Library and Presets.

If you are trying to open SD3 and have had the EZD3 trial installed on your computer previously, remove the EZX3_EZdrummer3_BrightRoom, EZX3_EZdrummer3_MainRoom, and EZX3_EZdrummer3_TightRoom folders from your EZdrummer libraries path.

The default path if you haven’t moved the libraries or chosen a custom install path is:
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > EZDrummer – Mac
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer - Win

Yes, the trial version of EZD3 should also work as an AU plug-in in Logic.

In this case, a license transfer would need to be performed for the products that you want to use. The transfer needs to be performed from the license owner’s account.

The license transfer is the only way to move a serial number from one account to another. You would need to contact the seller and request that they do a license transfer for this serial number.

We cannot help you obtain those serial numbers in this specific case. Once a serial number is registered to a Toontrack user account and the user agrees to the terms, there is nothing we can do to remove the serial number(s) from their account without their permission, under any circumstances.

Still got a good while to go before it’s downloaded.

I’m also at home and only have access to a Mac right now and you seem to be on Windows so it’s not certain that this error occurs to me.

What you can try is to select “Verify/Download Again” in the PM and then run the installer again.

Can you change which option you want to install (Basic or Full, etc)?

I’m downloading it atm to try for myself but it may take a while.

If you have EZdrummer 1 registered to your account, the Cocktail EZX should be available as an extra through the Toontrack Product Manager, via the EZdrummer 1 > Show details > Extras section.

Are you talking about the Sound Libraries in the “Keys Tab” or the MIDI Grooves in the “Grooves Tab”?

The older EKXs (the ones made for EZkeys 1) does not contain any MIDI grooves.
However, the Singer-Songwriter EKX should be listed in your Grooves library.

Try the Settings > Advanced > Restore MIDI Database first and see if the Singer-Songwriter folder displays after that.
