    Hi there,

    I have the same problem.
    I believe that newsletters can be sales-promoting. 😉
    (At least in our company)
    That’s why I don’t understand there is no link for that purpose, e.g. in the footer. (Or is there somewhere hidden?)

    Hello.

    I am a user of more than 10 Toontrack products, but I have never received Toontrack’s News Letter.

    I have registered many times, but never received it.
    I have searched all my mailers and it is not in “Spam” or “Trash” either.

    I love Toontrack products and I buy Toontrack products every month.
    I would like to read your News Letter …….

    I guess a Toontrack staff saw the above post, and suddenly I received the latest News Letter.
    Thank you very much!

    If it is possible, I would be very happy if you could send me all the News Letters for this month.

    Anyway, I’ll be very happy if I can receive the News Letter properly from now on.

    I too would like to receive newsletters, but I never get a confirmation mail or any newsletters. I have checked my spam filter – nothing there from ToonTrack.

    We have been in contact with users who have the donotreply@toontrack.com address added to the blocked senders list in their email clients. Mostly users that use the Outlook web client, see the Microsoft support guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/block-or-allow-junk-email-settings-48c9f6f7-2309-4f95-9a4d-de987e880e46

    Your email client may have a similar block list, make sure that donotreply@toontrack.com is not marked as spam.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I have no blocked contacts in my Google account. Could my email somehow have been blocked on your side? Many years ago I did receive your newsletter but I unsubscribed due to a change of interests. Now I would like to receive it again.
