Thanks Scott, I purchased a bundle pack with the order #1273347 was placed on July 8, 2017 and is currently Completed. And I have installed in my old PC and is running well, but I need to install in a second PC and I can’t, how can I see my serial number because I can’t see on Product Manager, could you support me searching my license in my old PC?
Operating system: macOS Catalina (10.15)
That order number shows only one product, Metal Machine EZX and it is registered to your account.
Do you have more than one account that you have EZD2 registered to?

Hi, I have the same issue, I bought a bundle pack almost 4 years and everything worked fine but when I try to install a ezdrummer again I have the software update is required issue
Operating system: macOS Catalina (10.15)
EZXs require either EZD2 or S3. I don’t see either registered to your account. That is why you are getting the error.

what can i do ?
Operating system: Windows 10
Are you trying to open the Standalone S3 at the same time as Pro Tools? If so, open the plugin as a virtual instrument inside Pro Tools instead.

Are you using the Toontrack Product Manager? If not, I suggest using it for installing. If you’re using the web browser version, you can switch from PC to Mac at the top. See my pic below.

I don’t believe there is a pdf layout available other than when purchased. Or, I haven’t seen one from Toontrack anyway.

MIDI mapping for installed libraries are found in the Help–About Sound Libraries–MIDI Layout in S3.

Locate the .dll and manually delete it. Then try running the 1.0.7 update again.

Was the .dll copied or moved from the original install location?

I tried contacting them, but it’s asking me for a serial number, which I still haven’t received. And nothing’s showing up in my account. But I can assure you that I bought the 21st Century Metal midi pack this afternoon.
Operating system: macOS Mojave (10.14)
What is asking for a serial number? The Contact Support Webform? If so, you can put your EZD2/S3 serial number when filling out the form.

Downloaded, but have they been installed? Can you take a screenshot of the error?
