I don’t get this at all why do I need to spend to another in order for the One I purchased to work it should be specified. Haven’t seen anything like that I bought tons of plugins instead of having cracks from friends but this type of things ain’t favourable I bought the Ezmix packs in order to have that work need to spend on another in order to upgrade is totally unfair!
Operating system: macOS High Sierra (10.13)
Expansion packs are just that. They expand on the basic plugin. Ezmix2. Please contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below and request a refund.

I bought Ezmix pack is asking for an update and haven’t seen any where to update it
MacOs High Sierra
Version 10.13.4
Operating system: macOS High Sierra (10.13)
EZmix packs require the full version of EZmix2 to work. The error message is most likely asking you to update that.

WOW! Thanks Scott for that quick response. I was installing a new midi controller last night and must have bumped that.
Again thanks for the assist! joe
I was quick with it because I’ve done the same thing a few times myself haha.

If in standalone, make sure you have Left and Right outputs assigned in the Audio settings.

Ive got the same problem, What can i do?
Same questions…
“What version number shows on your EZD2 interface in Cubase? Is it the same as in EZD2 Standalone? Has any ezdrummer.dll been moved manually since it was first installed?”

Please download the Toontrack Product Manager on your Mac. Launch it and log into your Toontrack account through it. It will run the Mac installers. You can then authorize right in the Product Manager.

EZD2 has 2 kits included. A Modern and a Vintage kit. Plus a basic MIDI library.

Hi Scott,
Many thanks for chiming in. I kind of jumped the gun and decided to go ahead with Mastering 2. It seemed to have some very interesting presets. I’m sure either way, I can produce a decent end product.
I really like EZ Mix. I’ve only tried a few presets on some vocal tracks and instrument tracks but it really works well. The reviews all say that if someone is not interested in tinkering with all the settings, EZ Mix and EZ Mastering is perfect.
Out of curiosity, if I decide to revert to Mastering 1, can I swap them out? I just made the purchase this afternoon.
Many thanks again!
Lee
I’m not sure. You’d have to ask Toontrack directly about an exchange. Click the Contact Support button in the FAQ below.

Thanked by: AcreguyI just purchased the EZdrummer-Reggae, I downloaded the software but when trying to install I get an error saying “You need to upgrade your Toontrack software to the latest version before you can install this product” I only just bought the software, and downloaded it. Help!
Operating system: Windows 10
EZXs are expansion packs that require a sampler to work. You need either EZD2 or S3 to load the expansion in.

From looking at your first order today, you purchased the EZkeys Cinematic Grand and then selected the EZkeys Cinematic Grand as your free expansion.

I mean does anything work??
A 1311 error means you did not properly extract the .zip file that you downloaded. To extract a zip file, right-click on it and choose “Extract All.”
Once you’ve done this, you should be able to run the installer without issue.
Some questions:
Why are you not able to use the Product Manager? Is there a lack of internet or is your studio computer offline?
