Please use the Toontrack Product Manager and make sure you have applied all updates for EZD2.

Hello everyone!
I just bought “Superior drummer”. Should I uninstall all of my “EZ Drummer”-stuff, or is it “compadable” with “Superior drummer”? I can’t see any reason for keeping it since I bought SD3… Am I right? What do you lovely people think?
You can load EZXs in S3 for more variety. Whether or not you want that variety is up to you but more the merrier I say.

Yes the standalone works perfectly and the path to the dll used by the standalone is the same as reaper
See attachement for the error and the current status of my product manager !
Thanks for your Help !

My guess is the “bridge” that Reaper is using. Not sure why it’s using a bit bridge if you’re using 64-bit Reaper. Or are you using 32-bit Reaper?

Thanked by: SpiritCan you post a screenshot of the error when you install through the Toontrack Product Manager? I may need to forward it to the programmers. Thanks.

I have attached an image of what the product manager says. Looking again, I think i actually have version 2.2.1 installed and misread it originally
What does the Standalone interface say? Sometimes there may be more than 1 .dll that was installed and there may be a discrepancy. I’m trying to determine if that is the case.

When you open the EZD2 Standalone, what version number is shown on the interface? You indicate that you are running 2.1.8 which isn’t the latest version. Which version shows on the interface?

See if this video helps.
Not sure if you’re using the 64-bit Ableton or 32-bit version or which versions if EZD2 you installed.

If you are running 2.1.8, I would first update to the latest version 2.2 1 and see if that helps.

You just have to use the drop-down menu for any single kit piece and use the kit menu arrow to select the kit and all kit pieces will load.

Thanked by: Julio ReyBought 2 new product this morning..not the same as yesterday.
I see 2 products purchased on 5/21 that were auto registered to your account at time of purchase. You should just be able to download and install from the Toontrack Product Manager.

What product are you trying to register?
If you’re trying to register the same product you bought, registered and installed yesterday, then yes, it should say it’s already registered.
