Same problem. No serial number. Is this company legit or did I get scammed?
I’ve resent your order details. Make sure it didn’t inadvertently end up in your spam folder.

I just ordered 3 EZBass Expansions and I have still not received the confirmation emails with the serial numbers. What’s the deal?
I see you’ve registered your 3 serial numbers. Are you still have trouble?

Right-click a song block and select find. From the manual:
Find:
This sub menu has two options. The Find Similar Grooves applies a Tap2Find search filter in the Grooves Tab. If you have a groove from the grooves tab selected, the Show In Browser option applies a browser filter on the containing folder, which is useful if you like a groove, but would like to listen to variations of it.

I got the right path finally on my daw. I can finally open superior drummer in my daw but now it asks for the registration. I can’t remember which program I downloaded first. Studio One or Superior Drummer 2. I was hoping purchasing the new version would allow me to register it in my daw.
Reply To: serial number version: 2.2.2
Operating system: Windows 10
Now I’m confused. I don’t see Superior Drummer 2 registered to your account, only EZD2. Also, I’m unsure what registration screen you are seeing as you only need to register a serial number once in the Toontrack Product Manager which you’ve done, so I really need to see what “registration” screen looks like.

Well I tried to enter my registration number where it asked for it when I opened superior drummer in my Studio One program. It said to enter my serial number. I did that and it says that the number was already in use. So I didn’t know if I needed a new serial number or not. I just want this program to work. So I purchased it again thinking maybe since I had the program so long I needed to purchase it again. Now I have two programs and it still won’t let me in. It says the serial number is already registered to another account and to contact support for help. I am not sure how to do a screen shot on my computer. I will try to get you the picture. Thanks and any help would be greatly appreciated.

The most obvious reason why the standalone version works but not in a DAW is that the ezdrummer.dll has been moved or copied since it was first installed and the standalone and DAW versions are not the same one.
If the standalone version works, make note of the plugin path (from the standalone Help menu). Make sure the DAW is set to pick up that specific install location.

2021 and this is still a thing. Just ordered D&D SDX, received the order is complete email, details of my purchase and a confirmation number but no serial number. My original order for superior drummer came through with a code right away. Maybe this takes time but if so it could be mentioned somewhere.
I see that your SDX is registered to your account. Are you all set?

I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be all set to authorize now.

Thanked by: RonI purchased ez drummer in 2016. I have been using...I purchased ez drummer in 2016. I have been using it as a stand alone program. Not using my DAW (Studio One). I have just got it to work in Studio One. But now it wants my serial number for registering. I entered everything and now it says it is already registered. How do I register it in Studio One? It’s saying to contact toontracks but I can’t ask anybody there a question.

I see you had EZD2 registered to your account since 2016 and then yesterday you purchased EZD2 again.
Not sure why you’d purchase another copy but purchaseing a new copy why you needed to register the new copy.
Can you post a screenshot of what Studio One is asking for?

EZD2 version 2.2.1 is required for the Singer-Songwriter EZX. What version number shows on your EZD2 interface? Does Product Manager show any updates to install?

I have a license for EZdrummer 1.4 and FROM HELL 1.4. How much will it cost to upgrade from 1.4 to 2.0?
The EZD1 to EZD2 upgrade was discontinued in December 2015. You would need to purchase the regular EZD2. I’ve seen it for $149 but there are periodic sales and specials happening from time to time.
