I can only echo Toontrack Support. EZXs show with black kit piece color. This is not a bug. It is due to different graphic design for each program. S3 has dynamic graphics and EZD2 uses static images. Do to this being a fundamental design, I can’t say if anything can be updated.
I AM ALSO A BLACK FRIDAY BUYER …bought ezd2, “metal” ezx, progressive ezx, and several midi packs … I am very very disappointed with metal… the rest is great and workable but that was a mistake as it sounds nothing like the audio samples… can i exchange it for metal heads? Or machine?

so I don’t need the dvd’s at all then? They are being delivered to me so I haven’t received them yet, and there are 11 of them-both ezx and sdx–so each box will have a serial number and I just input that in the product manager app on my mac pro 7.1.and then download them that way……..correct?
I am having the same problems with EZ showing up in Cubase 11. The dll files are in the correct spots, but they do not show up as instruments nor effects. All the other plugins in the folder work fine.
You have no product registered to your account and I don’t see a Toontrack Webshop order using your email. Where did you purchase EZD2? Have you contacted the seller?
I just bought Reggae EZX and it’s telling me that the installer needs to be updated. Very annoying when you purchase something and you can’t play with it. Any help would be appreciated.
Please install using the Toontrack Product Manager and not the website download to ensure you get the latest installers,

Why does the dmp file show version 1.0.7 but you say you are using 1.1.1? Do you have more than one EZbass .dll on your computer? Has the .dll been moved or copied since it was installed?
Any remapping will need to be done on the edrum side of things. See the pdf MIDI layout that can be accessed in EZD2 from: Menu-About Sound Libraries-(Select library in question)-MIDI Layout.
