The Upgrade version is not included in this deal as part of the terms: “The Superior Drummer 3 Crossgrade (TT418), EZdrummer 3 Upgrade (TT529), EZkeys 2 Upgrade (TT597) as well as any other product configurations Superior Drummer 3, EZdrummer 3, EZkeys 2 or EZbass may be included in (such as bundles), will not grant a free expansion.”

You can read the full terms at the bottom of this page: https://www.toontrack.com/black-friday/

In this case, please open Command Prompt via Windows search, then copy and paste this command and press Enter.

    reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\Superior\EZdrummer /v MidiPath /f

That should fix the issue if you get a response that the registry value was deleted successfully. You may need to install the MIDI again after that.

    Hi,

Installed EZD3 and it refuses to locate any MIDI grooves when opened despite the fact the path to the MIDI is correct and they are installed, I can go to the folder and physcially drag the MIDI files into EZD and they play fine just the program itself doesn’t recognize the path to them.

    Any help would be appreciated!

Please, try going to “Settings” > “Advanced” and click the “Restore MIDI Database” function.

Well, unfortunately, that didn’t work. Download and installed version 1.1.7 and got the attached message… see imageEZB

    Did you uninstall EZbass first?

    Hi everyone.

I recently purchased Superior Drummer 3 and I had EZ Drummer 3 installed. The question is: can I uninstall EZ Drummer 3 except the libraries or do I have to keep it installed in order to use expansions and everything on SD?

    Thanx for your help.

You can remove the EZD3 software but keep the Sound Libraries on your computer and use them in SD3.

You do not need the EZD3 software in order to use EZXs in SD3, many users only own SD3 but purchase EZXs.

Is it possible to roll back to version 1,1,7 from...

Is it possible to roll back to version 1,1,7 from 1.1.8? Everything was working fine in 1.1.7.

I’ve been having a terrible problem for months now where changing one MIDI block on the song track changes other completely unrelated blocks on the song track. According to tech support, they’ve replicated it and are working to fix it. But, like I said, it’s been months now and I just want to go back to the working version until the next fix is available. As it stands, building a song in EZB, it’s one step forward, two steps back and I’m constantly chasing EZB-inflicted problems. It’s truly teeth-grinding maddening.

This is my workaround solution idea. Is this possible? Love all the EZ stuff, but c’mon…  please.

I have recently been considering purchasing some EZ Expansions for my EZDrummer software. However, I am unsure whether I can directly buy and use these expansions without any additional steps or requirements.

I couldn’t find specific information regarding this on the website or documentation. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could clarify whether it is possible to purchase and use EZ Expansions directly, or if there are any additional steps involved.

If anyone has already gone through this process or has any knowledge about it, your insights would be highly valuable. Please share your experiences or any relevant information that can help me make an informed decision.

Thank you all for your assistance!

When making your purchase you will get the option to automatically register your products to your account. If you do so, the products will be available for download instantly.

If you do not pick this option, you will have to register the serial number first, the serial numbers are provided with the invoice you receive in your email after the purchase.

We recommend using the Product Manager application to login to your account so you can easily download, install, and authorize your product(s) to your computer. You can also register serial numbers in the Product Manager.

The Product Manager can be downloaded at this link:
    http://www.toontrack.com/product-manager/

Make sure to purchase the expansions by using the same account as your EZdrummer software is registered to if you choose to register the products automatically to your account.

I purchased EZ MIX 2 and 5 addons several days ago…

I didn’t receive a “serial number” in the email that shows my order as complete. The payment registered at my bank, and I received the purchase receipt from Toontrack.

I’ve emailed Toontrack via their webpage twice with no response. I messaged them on Facebook, no response.

    Yes, I’ve checked my SPAM.

Has anyone else had this issue? If yes, how did you get it resolved?

    Thanks

We can not see any emails to our support from your email address.

You can see your invoices on your account page if you made the order through our website.

If you log in with your account on toontrack.com, click “My Account” -> “My Info” and then you can click the “Orders” tab, you should be able to see your orders and invoices (with the serial numbers)

Then you can register your serial numbers by clicking the “Register New Product” at the top left of the Product Manager application.

Please, let us know if this works for you.

Your website mentions apple silicon, and says your software runs there, but does not say whether it is native, or requires Rosetta.

Does ALL your software run natively on Apple silicon?  If not, when is it projected to?

For me, this is a go/no go decision maker about purchasing.

    Thanks!!

Yes, all of our products that are available at toontrack.com have native Apple Silicon support.

Discontinued products that are not being updated anymore has not and depending on your DAW, you must run your DAW in Rosetta mode in order to use those.

You should not have empty folders.
First, try the Settings > Advanced > Restore MIDI Database and see if that helps.
If not, download and re-install the Core Library from the Product Manager application.

If this does not fix the issue, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the folders that are empty for you.
