You can register the serial number for your product at the top left of the Product Manager application.

Are you on Mac?

Click “Show Details” under EZD3 in the Product Manager and download and run the latest 3.0.6 update installer.

In the EZD3 installer there is a portion of the installer titled INSTALLATION TYPE (to the left of the installer) in this section there is a CUSTOMIZE button that allows you to view the plug-in types being installed.

Make sure to check all the boxes for a full installation of EZDrummer 3.

You can install the sound library on an external drive, you should get the option to choose a location when running the part 1 installer. All parts of the core sound library must be installed at the same location.

Have you downloaded and installed all available updates from the Product Manager application?

You can try and download and install the Core Library again, that should fix the issue.

I thought that (/Library/Application Support/EZDrummer/Midi)
was only for EXDrummer 🙁
