Hi Daniel,
A fix is going to be released in the next EZbass update 1.1.1, unfortunately the workaround needs to be done each time you open the project and saving does not remove the issue for the next time you load that project.
It is possible to revert to 1.0.9, but there are sound libraries that now require 1.1.0, like Upright EBX.
Modern and Fretless EBX also requires 1.1.0 but only if you have installed the latest sound library update for those libraries. If you reinstall those EBXs without running the sound library update, they will be usable in 1.0.9.
On Windows you can uninstall the EZbass 1.1.0 software with add or remove programs, then run the 1.0.8 full product installer > run the 1.0.9 software update. To find where you can download and install the updates, open the Product Manager application and find EZbass > Show details > Downloads.
You may need to click the drop down menu to the right of the download after you downloaded it and then click Install in order to install the older updates as shown in the screenshot below for version 1.1.0.

Hi Slohcine,
There is a known issue right now with loaded CC in the EZbass song track that makes EZbass freeze.
https://www.toontrack.com/release-notes/release-notes-ezbass/
Do you have CC loaded in the song track right now? We would be happy to look at an EZbass project file to confirm if this is the known bug that is going to be fixed in the next update. Use File > Save as in EZbass and then attach that project save file here.
Please also test disabling Follow Host in EZbass and retry provoking the crash, does it also crash/freeze then?

Thanked by: DANIEL PEADHi Jon,
Do you get the error in SD3 standalone, and do you get it if you right click the application/shortcut > Run as Administrator?

This has been looked into by our development team and a fix will be included in the next Superior Drummer 3 update so that MIDI in the EZdrummer > Midi folder will be handled as it was before in 3.2.4.

Thanked by: Leevious, Bear-Faced Cow and NielThe difference is 11dB, and you can revert to 1.0.9 where the issue does not exist.
Uninstall all of the EZbass software that you currently have installed with Add or Remove Programs. Then install the EZbass 1.0.8 full product installer > install the EZbass 1.0.9 Software update.

Thanked by: Phil PendleburyWe wanted to add some information about the Sub-Bass. While troubleshooting, we realised that the volume of the Sub-Bass is too low and that will be fixed in the next EZbass software update.
Currently we do not have any ETA to give for when that update can be released.

Thanked by: Phil PendleburyThanks Phil! I edited the photos with a blur effect as on the current machine, the Core MIDI update was not downloaded and that could create some confusion with the big red Download button.

Thanked by: Phil PendleburyThank you for reporting the problem Phil!
The Sound library update with the fix included is available now in the Product Manager. You will have to delete the update installer if you still have it in your Product Manager Downloads folder and then re-download and install the update again.
First find EZbass in the Product Manager > Show Details > Downloads tab.
Delete the downloaded installer.
Download it again and then use the same drop down menu and click Install.

Thanked by: Phil PendleburyHi Phil,
Thank you, we were able to reproduce the problem and we are troubleshooting and discussing this with our programming team. The issue seems to be introduced with the latest Sound Library update, and not only the Software update.
When we have any new information we will make sure to update you here.
To keep Multi-Out Audio and any other settings you have changed when you restart the standalone you can save the current project as your default project (File > Set Current to Default Project).
EDIT:
The bug has been found and will be fixed in a Sound Library update shortly, it will be available in the Product Manager as soon as it is available.
