I have. I’ve been waiting on a response since yesterday. Can’t you just cancel my order so I can reorder?
I purchased EZ Drummer three and downloaded the Program Manager. When I open Program manager and I put in my email address and password is says it is not right even though I have changed it several times. That means I cannot add the program to my DAW. This is extremely frustrating. Can you help me with this problem? I paid too much to not be able to use it. Thank you.
