I have. I’ve been waiting on a response since yesterday. Can’t you just cancel my order so I can reorder?

I purchased EZ Drummer three and downloaded the Program Manager. When I open Program manager and I put in my email address and password is says it is not right even though I have changed it several times. That means I cannot add the program to my DAW. This is extremely frustrating. Can you help me with this problem? I paid too much to not be able to use it. Thank you.

Reference: Compatibility of EZdrummer 3 + Death Metal EZX with Bandmate

    Hello Toontrack Support,

I have EZdrummer 3 (trial) installed and would like to use the Death Metal EZX Pack with it. My goal is to use Bandmate to record my guitar riffs and have drum tracks (blast beats, double bass, etc.) automatically generated.

    My questions:

Is Death Metal EZX fully supported by Bandmate? Does Bandmate not only use standard grooves, but also the pack’s extreme drum sounds?

Are there any technical limitations, e.g., in the trial version, that prevent certain features like double bass from being activated?

If not, what exactly needs to be installed or configured for it to work as intended (configuration, paths, activation, etc.)?

    Setup:
    • Operating system: [Windows 10 / 11 or macOS…]
    • EZdrummer 3 version: [e.g., Windows 10/11 or macOS…] B. 3.1.0]
    • Library: Death Metal EZX (fully installed)

I would be very grateful for clear information so I know whether my intentions (guitar riff → drum tracks automatically + metal sound) can actually be realized.

    Best regards
    JULIAN KAPPL
