I just downloaded a Toontrack product for the very first time. I then also downloaded the product manager but I always fail to install the product. When I’m trying to install the product it says that I need a software update for toontrack. But I just downloaded the newest version of the toontrack manager! What can I do?
Yes, I’ve already tried to uninstall and reinstall the manager.

Not an M1 problem. You have the latest update of EZD3 installed. What are you trying to install when you get the “software update required” message?
