no, i have just listened to the demos wondering if it was good enough or not

but i have the uk pop  ezx : the snares sound really raw and natural maybe like those in superior drummer 3

(it’s written raw in the samples too)

so, i don’t know if the ezx custom shop is as good as uk pop ezx

i can add that for every samples-demo, the sounds are really dark for me to know if it’s good or bad

(i am not a fan of “seventies rock” or “big rock drums” because they wanted a sound like in the 70″s but the mix sounds dark/mono (sometimes)

Second,  uk pop sounds better (and brighter) in a daw than in the demos (adjusting the oh section too)

which preset?

to have more toms i have a solution

you must record with 2 toms but after that you look for the note (midi file in your daw) and you change the pitch

that’s what i did when i wanted 5-6 toms with the pop/rock ezx

i am agree with the first message

the best sounds are not in mixing the snares but mixing the bass drum pedals because it works very well ! it sounds better that way

and second, buying superior drummer 3 was the thing to do !

but now i have some ezx’s so, complicated maybe next Christmas lol

not natural even if  it was made for metal

so, i understand  that you are selling it

what’s strange for me is the comp section

at 0 it sounds bad,thin and more it sounds raw

where is original sound that they  had recorded?

Cool to sound like the Police for me it sounds good because uk pop sounds real and not dark (
vs big rock or seventies rock for example )

i have bought several, a lot of ezx

my conclusion is pop -rock is great

ezd2 too

but some others ezx sound dark to me : big rock drums

seventies rock

so, i would like to find something as good as pop -rock so, i think about a raw, natural snare drum

maybe in indie folk-trad country or the new “custom shop ezx”

i must add that ” uk pop ezx ” has some great and natural snares but not so” deep”

it sounds more like Copeland to me

in my video, i had to add more trebles in the equalization to sound good

it was good enough to me
