Hi. I’ve remove all inactive authorizations. You should be all set.

I don’t have any ideas other than if there is any transpose info on the track causing it to transpose before it goes the EZkeys plugin. Transpose on the keyboard output?

Does it do the same thing on every project or just this?

If your workaround of adjusting the semitones in EZkeys works, I’d keep doing that.

Rooms of Hansa SDX and Fields of Rock SDX both have sets of roto toms.

What’s going on with the -4 transposition?

The “keys following my chord progression” is easy. See the link above to the Replace MIDI video. It does exactly that. Either map out your song chord progression manually or use the Bandmate tab.

If you’re looking for EZkeys to take a single melody line and create a chord progression then no it’s not going to do that. But it will take your chord progression and make a keyboard chord part.

I never use the EZkeys MIDI packs “as is”.

I’m a non keyboard playing guitarist songwriter and when I want to add keys to my songs I’m importing my guitar track into EZkeys2 and browsing the MIDI packs with my chord progression (even adding extensions) and using the Replace MIDI function to add a custom performance to my songs.

In the Audio/MIDI Setup menu, have you set the Audio output to your computer outputs (headphones or whatever your speakers are connected to)?

The Session Organ EKX is an EZkeys2 expansion library. Load the EZkeys2 plugin and then select the Session Organ from the library menu.

I think the closest thing to a bundle is the EZbass and 2 EBXs bundle

The Upright EBX is an expansion library for EZbass. You need to purchase EZbass to use any EBXs.

Sorry for the late reply. The forums aren’t monitored as robustly on weekends.

No, the MIDI In settings adjust the incoming velocity and setting presets for the velocity curves. It will not translate chords into grooves on the fly.

Scott, I just upgraded to v3. Would the v2 core library offer any kits that are sonically better than v3 core? I’m into vintage.

Reply To: should we keep ez drummer 2 after upgrade to 3 version: 3.0.6
    Operating system: macOS Sonoma (14)

Every library has there own sonic plusses and minuses. I see no reason why you wouldn’t want both.
