    If you click “Show Details” under the product in the Product Manager, go to the “Authorizations” tab and click Authorize, does this work?

    I’d like to clarify that we intentionally do not perform gain matching in our software. This is because, in various scenarios, users may want the volume to increase or decrease based on the adjustments they make.
    Could you also provide some examples where the output volume displayed in the program is incorrect? This will help us better understand your concern.

    Regarding the comment “very basic dynamic EQ and compression that is going on under the hood…” I’d like to point out that this is a bit off the mark. The software actually includes a wide range of effects far beyond just EQ and compression depending on the preset, offering a comprehensive suite of tools for different audio needs.

    When I select the PayPal option at checkout, the green “Place Order” button disappears. I am being forced to use Swedbank or is it just a glitch?

    You should be able to purchase using PayPal.
    Have you cleared your browser’s cache and/or tried a different browser?

    In this case, try and reinstall EZD2 from the separate 2.2.3 software update in the Product Manager. Once installed please try and install the EZX then. Does the same thing happen after reinstalling EZD2 2.2.3?

    I didn’t realize you could mix and match sound expansions now. Pretty cool.

    It was a pretty common request so we recently added that option.

    Please tell me how to pick 3 EZX bundles for...

    Please tell me how to pick 3 EZX bundles for $179.00.  The way they give you to make you three selections doesn’t make it easy at all!  I would like to pick the Session Organ, the Melotoon and the Metal Vibes.  If I don’t get an answer soon I’m just going to buy something else FROM SOMEBODY ELSE!!!

    I’ll also add I’ve been using your products for YEARS!

    I sent two support tickets for various matters over the...

    I sent two support tickets for various matters over the last three days, and I haven’t gotten an automated response (and no human response). I’m reading that Toontrack gets back to customers within 48 hours. Was I supposed to get an automated response telling me that they had received my message? It also crossed my mind that this might be because of the weekend- maybe they don’t work weekends.

     

    Can someone follow up on this? thanks

    Response time might be a bit longer during the weekend, this weekend was also a Swedish holiday.

    Is there any update on this issue?

    I still am unable to log in via my PC and my Laptop that I use for music production.

    • I am able to log in to the website with the same credentials without any issue.
    • I tried reinstalling the application but the problem persists.
    • Checked if Toontrack Product Manager is not blocked by the firewall.
    • Event log of Windows shows nothing out of the ordinary in regards to the Toontrack Product Manager.
    • There are no proxies defined in the Options.
    • The Product Manager’s Error log shows nothing.

    In this case, log in to the website and change your password, try one without special characters and see if that works.

    Went to use it today and got the “not authorized...

    Went to use it today and got the “not authorized message”.  Logged onto Toontrack and saw that I indeed authorized this desktop in January this year, when I last used it.  Whatever, I think to myself, remove it and try to authorize.  Instantly my auth slots go empty.  Whenever I try to authorize it briefly flashes an authorization in the slots but instantly disappears.  Have never seen this before.

    Are you using the Product Manager application to authorize your product?
