The ability to mute notes in the Grid Editor was added in Superior Drummer version 3.3.0 in case you missed it!

Thanked by: convex10Hi onvex10,
We would like to know more about this issue you are experiencing. Currently, we are unable to reproduce this on our end.
1. Are you getting the lower volume both via incoming MIDI from a DAW and with MIDI on the EZDrummer 3 song track? Or is this only occurring if you click on the pads with your mouse?
2. Up in the right corner, there is a progress bar when you load the Dance EZX library, and if you load a preset. Does the progress bar continue all the way to the right or does it stop mid-load?
3. Are you using an external audio interface/mixer with multiple (more than 2?) output channels?
4. Please send us a screenshot of the settings > Audio/MIDI setup window, and also try different sample rates and buffer sizes to see if that makes a difference.

Hi,
EZdrummer 2 and 3 only use one path on your computer for the sound libraries and MIDI content. Read more about how you move your sound libraries in the manual: https://www.toontrack.com/manual/ezdrummer-3/9/9-4-the-settings-menu/#9-4-4-the-libraries-paths-tab

Hi,
The EZdrummer 3 core library includes rimshot samples recorded for the snares and toms. The cymbals can be choked with MIDI aftertouch.
I believe X-Stick is a setting in the Roland module options? So that you can toggle between if a Rimshot MIDI note or a Sidestick MIDI note is sent if you hit the snare rim. EZdrummer 3 should respond with the correct sample.

Sounds like a problem in the latest version then with various presets.
Hi, yes, this has been confirmed to be an issue in the latest version of Superior Drummer 3 and our development team is working to fix the issue. The bug affects how the mapping saves in general.

Thanked by: André LucasSame issue I can not make purchases. Is there a number to call and purchase?
Hi, we have seen an increased amount of users that cannot purchase via credit card due to the credit card issuer not having 3D Secure authentication activated.
Please, contact support here via the Contact Support button at the bottom: https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/ and we’ll be able to look further into your order attempt in particular.

Hi, the View menu is disabled if Tap2Find is enabled. Close Tap2Find and try out different View > Scale options, it seems like 70% scale would be a good start to see if that lets you see the rest of the window.
Please let us know if that solves the issue. It would also be helpful to know the size of the screen you are using (24″, 27″ for example) and resolution (1920×1080 is an example) and the name of the DAW that you are currently using.

Also, I find that when trying to edit in Reaper, all sorts of weird things happen, like notes disappearing and sections moving about without really understanding why, so I revert to the standalone version to do editing.
In Reaper, please open Options > Preferences > General > Advanced UI/system tweaks…
Then under HiDPI mode (Windows 7+) select Unaware. Does this fix the issue and make it easier to use the grid editor and editing features in the song track?
Regarding the crashes, do you get a message that a crash dump file has been created? If so, would you be able to send us that crash dump?
One way to get to a location that may contain EZD3 crash dumps on Windows is to open File Explorer and then enter the following in the address bar at the top:
%Appdata%\EZdrummer 3
