To clarify, are the time signatures reflected on the EZD3 timeline in a way that keeps the bar numbers aligned with the DAW timeline?

Time signatures other than 4/4 can be used in previous versions by manually inputting them but the issues comes from the timelines falling out of alignment.

The best way to import time signatures into EZdrummer 3 would be via MIDI. First export MIDI from your DAW containing the tempo/time signatures, then import it via Track > Import Tempo/Time Signatures from MIDI file… in EZdrummer 3.

    I’m happy for you.

in my case i run EZD3 with cubase Artist and Mac and it definitively don’t work, not even when i try to drag the audio file into EZD3 in standalone modus.

    that’s quite annoying 😞

    Hi Thirdmoon1,

In your Cubase Project Setup, what Record File Format do you have set up? We have seen cases where “Wave 64 File”-recorded audio files can cause Bandmate to crash if they are imported. That is fixed for the next update so that unsupported audio in Cubase cannot be dragged into Bandmate, that file format is not supported.

    capture

Please open Project > Project Setup in Cubase AI, then select a different Record File Type.

Re-record something, then drag that to Bandmate. Does that work?

    I did the reinstallation…same error…

We were able to reproduce this now, it only happens on our end with View > Scale > 70%. Is that how you have EZD3 configured right now?

This has been reported to our programmers now and they will investigate further and fix this in a future update.

    Hi Laurens,

EZdrummer 3 was not officially tested for FL Studio support, but we have seen cases of users with EZD3 working in FL Studio. No issues specifically related to using EZD3 in FL Studio reported yet to our knowledge.

    Hi Abdul,

That does not look right! Please try reinstalling Americana EZX by first manually deleting the EZX_Americana folder from your sound libraries.

You can open your sound library folder in Finder via Settings > Libraries/Paths in EZD3. See the manual for more information about the Sound and MIDI Libraries drop-down menu.
    https://www.toontrack.com/manual/ezdrummer-3/9/9-4-the-settings-menu/#9-4-4-the-libraries-paths-tab

Remove the EZX_Americana folder, then install Americana EZX from scratch via the Product Manager application (Download, Install, Update).

    Hi,

I’m unable to make EZdrummer 3 crash here on my end using Mojave 10.14.4 and Ableton Live 10.1.42.

I can’t find any support ticket in our inbox with a crash report for this issue. Are you able to attach a ZIP archive with the crash log here?

If there are any crash logs, they should be found in: ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/

Open Finder, click Go > Go to Folder and paste in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ to get to that folder.

Find any crash log file there with EZdrummer 3 or Ableton in its name, right-click and compress the file into a ZIP, then attach it in a reply here and we’ll investigate.

    Hi Andi,

The development team is aware of this issue and they are looking at solutions. We appreciate the feedback! Right now, you can view the old EZX PDF key mappings in the sound library folder of each EZX (default location for Mac: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > EZDrummer PC: C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesToontrackEZDrummer).
    EZX_key_mapping_location

In EZD3, you can view the current mapping configuration for each instrument in Settings > E-Drums > Mapping.
    e-drums_mapping

More about the E-Drums settings in the manual.

Yes, to be able to load the EZdrummer 2 core library in EZdrummer 3, you need to install the EZdrummer 2 Core library EZX.
