    Hi,

depending on which bass library you have loaded, the lowest available notes differ but in general, yes.

Any library in particular you are asking about?

    Hi,

Toontrack (almost) never reply to Request posts but always read them. The more users requesting something, the more likely it gets into the schedule of things but unless it is something already communicated scheduled for release, you will not get a reply.

    Hi,

is there anything in particular you wonder about? It is an SDX originally created for Superior Drummer 2.x, so it’s more like you get expanded features with Superior Drummer 3, than less with 2.x.

    Hi zenwarlord,

if you start the SD3 Standalone app, does it load the correct project as Default? If not, if you set the Project as Default in the Standalone, close and re-open does it load then?

    Hi,

are all of your EZK libraries you previously had installed, installed now? Were you loading the libraries and presets via Program Change in your DAW? Which DAW are you using? Can you check the EZkeys track for Program Change data?

    Hi EZD..,

I’ve 2 laptops with EZD2/3 loaded at present. Recently one of the laptop is begining to crash quite often due to its old age! I’m thinking of getting a new laptop and transfer EZD2/3 from the old one. What are the procedures to do this transfer?? Thanks for your assistance. Have a good day EZD.

    Doug.

    Operating system: Windows 10

    Hi Doug,

launch the Toontrack Product Manager on the old laptop first and go to the EZdrummer 2/3 product. Click ‘Show Details’ then the Authorizations tab. You will see one of the active authorisations saying “(this computer)“. Click the ‘Remove’ button to remove the Authorisation from the old laptop. This now has freed upp one Auth slot which you then can use on the replacement laptop.

    Hi,

since this is a very old thread with different questions and possibly contains dated information, I would like you to elaborate on ‘the same issue on PC. All I want to do is change the name of a folder and link the SD3 file path to it!’

BTW, if you don’t like the idea of editing a Project save file, another way would be to save as a User Preset in ‘Drums and Mixer Presets’.
Since it doesn’t save the current state of the sampler, it would not save the history of User samples, just User samples in use on Instrument pads.

This does not save MIDI on the Song Track, however, if you have any. If you are using EZD3 as a plug-in in a DAW, you can open another instance with your fresh User Preset loaded and drag the MIDI from one Song Track over to the other, then Save as a Project.
