    Purchased bundle on same day (Sept. 3) and getting the very same error.

    Same. I cant make the authorization work for any of my products

    Same for me. EZX authorization failed. The server said: “An unknown error has occurred”

    Wish I had known this prior to spending $250 for something I cant use now. Why is there no contact info for support?? email link? phone number?? You got my money now I want some service!!Yell

    Hi Brian,

    that message would likely be left since the last session. Can you manually clear it and try to run the Authorisation again, please?

    It worked. I am fully authorized now. Strange how the first time I opened EZ Drummer it crashed… seems to be working fine now though. Thanks

    I’m also having trouble authorizing EZX’s… No issues with my SDX’s though. EZX’s can run through SD2 without EZ Drummer right? How can I get these authorised?

    Are you authorizing using Product Manager?

    It is recommended that all downloads, installs, and authorizations be done through Product Manager.
