i was interested in buying both EZ drummer 3 and EZBass. I downloaded EZDrummer 3 but have struggled to get it installed. Your contact us form does not think I’m human and the forum and support information hasn’t worked for me. I am now going to uninstall the product and product manager and look at alternatives. If you really want to sell this stuff you need support for trial products.

No I’m not entirely sure of the addy(s). What I see in the “My Account” info is correct and what I see in the emails in question is that they’re sent to: donotreplyforum@toontrack.com.

I do have several email addys they are: iamljc1@gmail.com and lcollen@nyc.rr.com. The first one is where the emails were received. Perhaps you can offer me some sort of way to be able to see that data and report it to you or maybe that’s something you can do entirely.

I thank you for the reply/answer but it did nothing and my Forum Profile shows no subscriptions but I just keep on getting these messages. So what am I to do now?

There was drummer named Chico Hamilton who used to strike not only the drum heads but the rims, the stand, the stool-virtually anything and everything. If something along those lines were put you would have a giant fan already!

    Hi,

I downloaded my product Jazz EZX 1.3.5 on my MAC (Version Big Sur 11.4.)

Where can I find the latest version of this Toontrack software to install this produkt.

After installing Jazz EZX I want to start a light upgrade to EZ Drummer 2 for EUR 119.

    Wow can I do this?

    Best Regards

    Robert

Ok, so I finally did end up fixing it with the help of Toontrack themselves and having to fiddle around a little bit in order to find specific options.

Basically, I needed to open up Superior Drummer 3 as a VST in FL Studio. Then, in the top left corner I clicked on the arrow pointing right beside the cog which opens up the drop down menu. I then hit browse parameters. A list will appear in the browser tab on the left hand side. I kept browsing down until I found MIDI CC # 4 (Foot Controller) I right clicked, and hit link to controller. A tab then popped up, I played the hi-hat while pressing the pedal down, and voilà, it worked.

What an absolute headache. I definitely wouldn’t have managed to work it out for myself. So thanks everyone for chipping in. Have a good one.

You might want to compare the midi monitor values when playing the hi-hat in standalone vs. as a plugin to see if there is a difference in the incoming midi values for a closed edge/tip trigger.

I also had this happen once or twice in standalone and I resolved it by powering my modules off, refreshing the midi devices, powering them back on and refreshing/selecting again.  You have to make sure you reselect the midi preset you want to use.  Just seemed like a glitch to me, I think I had the hihat pedal closed while powering up the module and SD3 and maybe that had some negative interaction.

Reply To: Superior Drummer 3 FL Studio 20 – Hi-hat issue Roland TD-30 version: 3.2.4
Operating system: macOS Big Sur (11)

    Thanks for your suggestions.

The MIDI values are exactly the same. As for powering restarting the modules and refreshing the MIDI input lists, I’ve done that multiple times and still no change. I think at this point it’s definitely something to do with FL Studio not mapping the notes correctly to the piano roll. That’s just a guess though. As I said previously, I am able to hear the hi-hat pedal close, but when I strike it, it still plays as if it were open.

I have no idea what to do at this point. It’s really frustrating…especially when I’m no expert at either pieces of software.

This doesn’t work. I haven’t purchased a Toontrack product so I don’t have a serial number which means I can’t send a message to customer support. I just want my account deleted. Can someone please help me?

Please give us a Linux version. We are all willing to buy your drum-software. Please help us to do so 🙂

Mods… Please delete this Topic. I now see that there is no way to privately contact (PM) potential buyers!
