Very slow download speed in Toontrack Product Manager

Today I purchased Superior Drummer 2.0 and now I am currently downloading the Avatar S2.0 Core Library but the download speed is painfully slow.

In the Toontrack Product Manager the download speed shown varies from 30kB/s to 100kB/s and the time remaining ranging between 100 hours and 30 hours respectively.

If I pause the download in the Product Manager and then run the speed test at speedtest.net it shows steady 49Mbps download and 33Mbps upload speeds which is normal for my connection.

I live alone and I am not presently using the Internet for any other high bandwidth use like streaming, gaming or other downloads.

Is there anything you can recommend to get this downloaded faster, an alternate download site perhaps?

Any idea how to fix this, Toontrack? My downloads from Native Instruments on the same connection are perfectly fine.
Understanding that the equivalent between Mbps and MB/s is roughly
1 Mbps = 0.125 MB/s,

My connection averages around
300 Mbps,

So I’d normally expect download speeds of about
37.5 MB/s.
Instead, Toontrack Product Manager is giving me a glorious
48 kB/s
Trying to download The Rooms of HANSA SDX (121 GB), which currently estimates
~644 hours remaining.
That’s not just slow… that’s BS/s (Bad-Speed-per-second). 😅

Any word on download speeds?  Trying to download the new Sylvia Massy library and it’s crawling along.

Purchased EZKeys 2 today
Now trying to download via Product Manager
Getting average download speed of 6Kbps !
My fibre line is 240Mbps.   I have just done a speed test, and it confirms 236Mbps.

Is this perhaps a problem on Toontrack side ?

Please improve/stop throttling sound library download speeds. This is about the slowest sound library download speed I have experienced.

~100MBps should be the absolute minimum in 2025. Below is a screenshot showing less than 25MBps speeds.
