    Why is it so hard to send an email to customer service. Wow. Really? That’s a lot of time wasted when this option should be supplied with a click of a button. Not impressed.

    On another note. What’s with the password security? My bank isn’t have as uptight. I enter my usual password that includes an upper case, lower case, a number and a symbol. Why is that enough for my banking and every other website password i use, but its not secure enough for Toontrack. As a result i need to invent another password that I’m sure to forget and will have to go thru the ‘forgot password’ process. Seriously. Consider that time is valuable and respect your clients. Not impressed.
