Hi John.

With the greatest respect you are telling us what should be happening and we are telling you what is happening. Today once again with toontrack, my downloads are appalling. 110Gb estimated to be around 50 hours. I use, NI, East West, all sorts of massive libraries and none are anywhere near as bad as this. It has always been the same.

It is totally fixable so we have to conclude that you don’t want to fix it!

Thank you for your suggestions.

Selecting all of the instruments and binding the control tunes them all at the same time so not really what i was looking for. I have set up macros now which means one for each drum in the kit and i have enough knobs on my controller to have one for each. It works so thank you for that, but of course it is now a custom set I have to load each time. I assume there is no way to make macros persisitent to the product regardless of which kit is loaded?

Did my research and just paid out for Superior Drummer 3. Paypal all done so you have my money, but no email from Toontrack. No serial number and no products against my account. Sitting here with a free day to play and no product what is happening??? Very disappointing.
