I put the sounds on a external drive and now I cannot see the files why?:

You say “put”. Did that mean you downloaded them and ran the installers or just downloaded them? If you ran the installers for all 5 separate S3 install packages and open S3, they should load the library. If not, you can manually set the path as outlined in the manual here:

    Hello,

I have a few different Toontrack products, which aren’t showing up in Reaper. I have all 64-bit. When I open each in stand alone, they are all in C\Program Files\VSTPlugins\Toontrack\EZkeys.dll. The same for EZDrummer . Should I install them into a separate folder from the VST Plugins?

When  I set these paths in Reaper in Options/Preferences and Edit Path list. I hit apply, and try Insert virtual instrument on new track, No Toontrack items show up.

    Thanks for any help.

    Operating system: Windows 10

Are you including the .dll in the path or just that Toontrack folder? Have you quit Reaper and relaunched it? Or rebooted the computer?

As a new person to recording in a DAW and a customer to Toontrack software, and not being able to easily contact someone to discuss ANYTHING with is a deal breakers for the future. I wish I would have known … they are getting NO MORE of my money and only a bad rap to anyone who will listen. Their bearded cool guy spokesman is talking out of the side of his neck about how great this company is. Phooey!

I own the below items but am having issues with them showing up in Studio One. Anyone?

    EZ Bass
    Upright EBX
    Acoustic Songwriter EZ Bass MIDI
    EZ Drummer 2
    Acoustic Songwriter EZ Keys MIDI
    EZ Keys
    Acoustic Songwriter Grooves MIDI
    EZ Mix 2

    Operating system: Windows 10

I see EZbass. Any expansions will show in the instrument itself either in the library drop-down menu or in the EZbass Grooves tab.

I see EZD2 also. Any drum MIDI will also show in the EZD2 Grooves Browser.

You should see EZkeys listed unless it was installed in a location that Studio One is set to find it. Open the EZkeys standalone and check the Help Menu and make note of the plugin path. Make sure that path is set in the Studio One preferences.

You won’t see EZmix2 in your Instrument list because it’s an effect and not an instrument.

Does EZD2 run in standalone? If so, open EZD2  in standalone and check the path to the plugin from the “?” Menu. Make sure that path is added to the plugin paths settings in Reaper.

If the MIDI (drums, keyboard, bass) is available in more than one product, it is stated as so. If it’s not indicated, then it isn’t.

Did the .dll get moved or copied since it was first installed?

    Control-click if I’m not mistaken. I don’t use Mac so I can’t confirm.

Hi, just bought my new laptop for recording. unfortunately, I can’t authorize it anymore. can you remove authorization on my previous devices? Thank you!

You have 2 active authorizations. Remove one of them and you should then be able to authorize your new computer.

Right-click on the block you want to copy and select Copy. Set your cursor on the timeline position in the EZkeys Song Track where you want to paste and Right-click and select Paste.
