ScottI can’t use Upright EBX : Software is required. You need to install the required sampler software before installing Upright EBX Midi Update
The Upright EBX is an expansion pack for the EZbass sampler. Do you have EZBass?

ScottI purchased EZ Drummer three and downloaded the Program Manager. When I open Program manager and I put in my email address and password is says it is not right even though I have changed it several times. That means I cannot add the program to my DAW. This is extremely frustrating. Can you help me with this problem? I paid too much to not be able to use it. Thank you.

ScottI also changed laptops several times. Today I installeer all products on my new laptop and only superior drummer fails to authorize. I have deleted all authorizations. Could you please solve the problem? My account is m.zondag@kpnmail.nl

Scottwheni installed the trial verson im stuck with the sound library issue even after i paid for the full version kindly fix soon

Have you installed via the Toontrack Product Manager? Have you installed both the EZD3 product as well as the Sound Library? Do you get errors from EZD3 at startup? If so please post screenshots of the errors.
In addition, as with any computer related support issue, please provide computer specs details.
