We have looked into the problems and it seems to be a bug in OS X causing these graphical bugs. We will, however, see if we can fix it somehow.
@rzarob said:Downloaded ezdrummer 2 64 bit last night. Download took 2 hours on a very fast connection. Extracted the zip to my desktop and attempted to install. Installation always stops half way through with an error message that says “Object Already Exists”. Please advise on what I need to do to finally get this program installed.
Sounds like your download was interrupted, ‘glitchy’ or had some kind of interference leaving it somehow corrupted.
I’d advise downloading the ZIP file again and suggest using some sort of download manager.
It shouldn’t have taken 2 hours on a fast connection.
I just downloaded the EZD2 Win installer (3.1 GB) in under 5 minutes to the edge of Amish Country, Pennsylvania USA,
so I don’t think there’s an issue with Toontrack’s server. (It seemed like it took longer to unzip the download than it did to download it.)
I don’t know what version of Studio One you’ve got (Free, Artist, Producer or Professional)
or to what version of EZDrummer you’re referencing…
but please check out this on Presonus’s own website:

check out this 4 minute video.
what you’re looking for starts ’round 1:25 (the 1st 1:25 is important tips about your interface & driver)
In this quick tip video, Toontrack’s Mike Sanfilipp walks you through creating a custom kick drum pattern in EZdrummer 2
and uses Copy-and-Paste from other grooves in the library to add all of the other instruments.

Thanked by: Glam GloomPlease ‘right-click’ the downloaded zip file and choose ‘Extract all’.
It is strongly recommended that you use Windows built-in extraction tool for this.

Also, when I try to “reload” and download the files that were stopped from where they left off…they are starting all over again as if nothing had even started on those files. Now 2 URL’s cannot be found on the website.Believe me, this is just my luck with computers and downloads. LOL
Well, unless you use a Download Manager of some type, when you attempt to “reload” and download the files,
they will start all over again as if nothing had even started on those files.
Regarding what you are downloading and the 2 URLs that cannot be found(??),
there is only a single pkg file to download for the base product regardless whether you are using a MAC (dmg) or Windows PC (zip).
Any additional downloads would be the updates appropriate for your operating system.
Please log into your Toontrack account, find your product and click the ‘button’ for your desired download. see screenshot
Is it possible that you had the EZD2 Demo installed prior to installing the full product?
If so, I believe that it is strongly recommended (if not absolutely necessary) that you uninstall the demo before installing the full product.
Hard to advise you without knowing what it is that you bought, what you’ve downloaded and what the 3 remaining downloads are.
Most online retailers offering downloads will recommend that you acquire your downloads one-at-a-time.
…and I won’t begin to ponder how your satellite internet service treats your downloads.
Regarding the EZDrummer2 base product, there are no discs available.
If you purchased any EZX expansion sound libraries, some of them are or were available on disc,
but it sounds like you purchased downloads and not discs.
