You can see your invoices on your account page if you made the order through our website.

If you log in with your account on toontrack.com, click “My Account” -> “My Info” and then you can click the “Orders” tab, you should be able to see your orders and invoices.

I have uninstalled and installed EZDRUMMER onto my MAC–Mojave 10-14-6. Nothing downloads, nothing allows updates, nothing downloads to my disk at all…trust me, I’m not new to this and it’s frustrating and a huge loss of valuable studio time.

We have seen this issue in some DAWs in the latest version of EZdrummer 2. It was fixed in the major upgrade (EZdrummer 3), and since EZdrummer 2 is discontinued it no longer receives any updates.

You can set the tuning to “E” if you like, it will then play on 4 strings and transpose lower notes an octave higher.

It means that only new sounds/presets are included with this EKX, no new MIDI Grooves, and you need a working EZkeys 2 installation or a previous installation of EZkeys 1 in order to use this expansion.
