Product manager will not update

I downloaded product manager and it goes straight to an update of it and says it failed due to the connection being unexpectedly closed while receiving data?

Ive bought a Black Friday Metal machine pack and now can’t add it to my EZ drummer??

Did you get an email invoice that had your product serial number so you can register it in the Toontrack Product Manager?

I tried to open the product manager and got an error thats kinda like this. Still cant get it to update after trying all the fixes suggest on this thread and a few others. Please help!!

OMG I have the same problem! What is going on?

Whenever I try to run the Product Manager it says “Download of the update failed. The Network operation failed (cURL error code 60).”

What should we do?

I can’t even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Toontrack. Itried to download EZ drummer for windows and it wont download core. Tried to download on Mac and program manager wont update. This is garbage and I want my money back!!!

I have the same issue. When I open product manager, it launches the auto update sequence and fails to connect

macOS Sequoia 15.7.7

I tried downloading product manager from the website and installing fresh but it does the same thing. I wonder if those technical issues the web team solved a couple of years ago have returned

Just tried on my PC and same issue. Maybe Toontrack server issue.
