    I just tested the Audio Sender VST now in Reaper on Windows 11 and it loaded and I was able to record into the audio tracker.

     

    I noticed that Reaper automatically filters Plug-ins for Instruments or VSTi when I try adding Audio Sender via the FX button on an audio track after I have added EZbass to an instrument track. Do you see all of your Plug-ins in the list when you try to add a VST? Is the All Plugins filter selected in the filter box to the left?

     

    You mention “…Reaper simply states that it is unable to read the Audio Tracker VST…” is that an error message that you are getting? If so, when are you getting that error message and is that the exact error message?

    What DAW are you using and how are you trying to insert the Plug-In? We are still testing on Windows 11 but in the tests so far, Toontrack Audio Sender has worked as expected.

    We have recently noticed a problem like in the EZbass core MIDI library and our programming team is working to implement a fix for the next EZbass Software and Sound Library updates.

    We will notify our programming team about this MIDI in particular in case it needs to be looked at separately.

    Hi Martin,

     

    That sounds like an okay download speed, but it of course depends on your connection.

     

    Please note that Product Manager is displaying download speeds in MB/s and not Mbit/s or Mbps like often displayed when measuring speeds or as advertised by Internet Service Providers. 2.2MB/s ≈ 18 Mbit/s which is not that uncommon if you are connected via 2.4GHz WiFi for example.

     

    What speeds are you getting if you run a speedtest?

    AOR Ballad Grooves should also be able to be installed by the Product Manager application.

     

    The installer for AOR Ballad Grooves that is downloaded in the .DMG archive is still 32-Bit and will not run on Big Sur, but if you use the Install Product button in Product Manager it should launch the installer even on Big Sur.

    Hey @Toontrack I’m having what sounds like the same issue. I’ve uninstalled ezdrummer using an uninstallation program that deletes all associated files. I’ve manually searched all my drives and deleted any folder that contained ezdrummer data and cleaned the registry so I can have the cleanest reinstall. The download manager shows nothing is installed but I keep getting an error another version is currently installed.

    Hi Eric,

    That looks like a Windows error message that may be fixed with Microsofts own troubleshooting tools. The uninstallation program that you used may have missed registry keys.

    We always recommend that you use Windows Add/Remove programs when you want to uninstall Toontrack software.

    Hi Asa,

     

    The damping is applied as a curve to the whole song block that you have selected, and not to individual notes.

    First, select the damping CC in the drop down menu that has velocity selected by default.

    You will see that damping has one or more nodes that you can manually edit with your mouse.

    The damping knob will lower or raise that entire curve and edit all of the damping nodes in the song block that you have selected.

    To make the entire song block have the same damping, you could delete all but one damping node and then use the damping knob to edit the damping for that song block.
