Thank you for clearing that up.

Thanks, all very good replies. I have since changed the velocities in EZdrummer2 because that was way easier for me than to do it in Sonar.
I must add that EZdrummer 2 makes it so easy to create a drum track and to edit all the elements of that drum track from single notes to “power hand” it’s incredible. You can actually just use one patterns and tweek it endlessly. All within EZdrummer SmileWow.

No responses? I can’t believe it.

Not on the “Top Selling Expansion Pack List” for the week

Maybe nobody is actually buying it after all.

    Scott,

It was my error, I didn’t have the “Input Echo” button selected in Sonar. Greg at the Cakewalk forum set me straight.

I have to say you guys really outdid yourselves with this upgrade. It’s fantastic.

Olle, the product page is a rather vanilla description of EZ mix2. John posted screen shots in the forum for this post of both the Blues and Roots Midi Packs:

MIDI packs: where to see MIDI contents list in text? – Jan.-10th-2012

Can’t someone do the same for a new product?

Lets see some of the new 150 presets.

Scott, don’t this the wrong way but if some one has reviewed it on the web and a store taking pre-orders, how can Toontrack not be ready? Is there a problem with this product? Is it not ready for release?

Feb 7th is less than a month away.

    Got it to work.

I went to the Drum Map Manager for ezdrummer2 (the Latin Kit) and redirected the Out Port of every Instrument it to the 2nd instance of EZdrummer which of course was The Latin Kit and it works fine now. I also discovered I could have opened the Piano roll view for the Latin Kit and changed the out port there on an Instrument by Instrument basis. Saving some time cause it would only effect instruments used in the groove.

    Thanks, I’ll keep trying.

Any of the Toontrack Support Guru’s want to look at this?

Help me out.  If it’s not “The Classic” what are you talking about.  I still don’t see these names in my EZdrummer.  what am I missing?

What expansion pack are you discussing here?  Is it “The Classic”.  I have Ezdrummer and the Nashville expansion and don’t see these names anywhere

    I second this.

I have to agree with Markham that some or i would say most of the Songwriter’s I Pack to be too busy. I can’t seem to find really simple fills without taking a 2bar or 4 bar and splitting/cuting and then moving it to fit. why doesn’t someone make a couple of really simple intro fills? I am no drummer and look to the Midi packs to help but no luck.

Aside from the fill problem I perfer toontack midi over groove monley hands down.
