If you purchased EZDrummer after March 13 2014 you will get a free upgrade to EZDrummer 2. However from looking in your account I can see that you registered your copy of EZdrummer on November 30’th of 2013. Therefore your EZdrummer 1 license is past the cut off date for the free upgrade.
As an owner of EZdrummer you do however qualify for the discounted upgrade to EZDrummer 2.

I’m not sure if I’m in the right location for account information, but there seems to be no email or phone support to contact customer service. I purchased Superior Drummer 2.3 this week, but when I came to register the product, I was sent an email to verify my account. However, upon clicking “VERIFY,” it sends me to a dead web page. I managed to log in to my account without issue, but it still says that I need to verify my account before I can register the product. Needless to say, this has been a very frustrating experience. Any customer support help so that I can actually use the program would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Yes and no. In EZplayer Pro you can sequence MIDI grooves….. However you can not edit the MIDI, or export it as audio. EZplayer pro is a great tool to be used in addition to a sequencer.
It also allows you to remap MIDI from other 3rd party MIDI providers.

This issue does not sound like its related to a fault in MIDI mapping… It is most likely simply due to the fact that all sound libraries will have slightly different mapping due to the different amount of drums, cymbals, and articulations that each sound library includes.
Therefore, whenever you change the sound library you will likely need to alter the MIDI track if you notice something sounds off.

Check with your dealer, if they say that they can’t deliver EZdrummer 1 until May 6th something may be wrong. On May 6th EZdrummer 1 will be forever discontinued.

EZdrummer is designed for Songwriters so that they can write songs and get great sound as fast as possible. Superior Drummer is designed for engineers who want unlimited sound shaping options…. So, it couldn’t hurt to own both.
If you have to choose one, go with whatever is more important to you: Songwriting options, or endless sound options.
