Honest question: does the product team even read this forum? Should we forward it to the support again and again instead?
I didn’t see your thread before…man, that’s bollocks. Their software doesn’t look like it’s developed by some random script kiddies. So developing a product manager shouldn’t be a topic which takes years in the making.
Didn’t see this thread and opened up the same topic a few weeks ago. This is not acceptable Toontrack. It’s an obvious and REAL painpoint. You should be happy that people are eager to buy multiple products from your company – that’s a GOOD thing. Therefore it’s completely unacceptable to ignore this for years.
Forgot to mention the latter – and you are of course 100% spot on with it! Updating the main installers is indeed market standard. Really afraid of the next time I have to clean my workstation and install everything new (will be the case in the next 6 months). Bought a few more products during black friday, so it will be around…

There are already a lot of guitar plugins out there, but NONE of them brings the convenience of Toontrack´s products. When it comes to guitar VST, there e.g. is Ampel Sounds (e.g. Eclipse), Shreddage 3, Odin 3, Native Instruments etc…but yeah, toontrack should have joined this bandwagon a while ago already. I´d say it was even needed more than EZbass (as the latter can at least be replaced by a synth a bit easier, no pun @ bassists :D).
PLEASE release it already 😀

I am not that familiar with the mac terminal tbh and I don´t want to crush anything on my new macbook air M3…but man, that looks straight forward and quite easy. How is this not yet a standard in the Product Manager then?! This is SUCH a pain.

I avoid PayPal, as I have to pay extra fees from Switzerland. Tried it againvia CC even from my Smartphone. This is so damn annoying.
Same here – I can´t complete any purchase, tried with several cards. That´s frustrating and as this seems to be a repeating issue, Toontrack should really switch to another reliable operator like datatrans.
