To me, the stereo image flips on all channels, including the bus named OH, when using Stereo Reverse Mixer. I can clearly hear it if I solo the hi-hat in the Drums page, and also solo the OH bus in the mixer (so only the hi-hat is audible in the OH channel).
Do you get the same results if you start a fresh copy Superior, load the Hurricane preset, and stereo reverse? Is it the same in standalone as in a DAW? Are you running the latest version of SD3 (3.1.2)?

This may be caused by a bug that makes the level meters don’t follow the stereo reversing. So if you stereo reverse, the audio should be correct (the hi-hat will sound more in the right channel in OH for example) but the left level meter will still show a higher level than the right. So I think it’s a visual thing, not how the audio sounds.
Can you check that my assumption is correct?
We will fix this bug in a coming update!

Thanked by: BaylockI am assuming you mean settings in SD3. I will go look for it.
Exactly 🙂

If you were logged in and had enabled auto register product to account (during the purchase) the product is registered to your account? Just wanted to double check if it is?
If it’s not, then contact support directly (they can check the purchase history etc).

Thanked by: kiparisOk. Since the Enter key has a different function in SD3 than starting the song track, the keyboard shortcut clashes with the keyboard shortcuts of Cubase. We made it match Space for playing the song track in SD3 and in the DAW. So you can either use Space to start the song track, or disable the shortcuts.

Henrik, yes I wonder if Logic has a different behaviour than Cubase? When I have SD3 open and work in the the grid editor (or any page) then when I hit the keyboard for play or rewind nothing happens (because SD3 is ‘in focus’) – so I have to click back on Cubase to make sure its ‘in focus’ to make the keyboard shortcuts work. If I go back to the Grid editor in SD3 , and hit enter on the keyboard (for play) for example, the grid editor moves right to the bottom of all the rows. Its easy to forget which program in ‘in focus’. My wishlist is to allow editing in SD3 and full control of transport in Cubase at the same time ! Its a small frustration – but I do love all the toontrack products !
Hm, that’s strange because the play keyboard shortcut (space) should start the host even if SD3 is in focus. The way I rewind the songtrack in Cubase is by pressing the 1 on the key pad, and that does work even if SD3 is in focus too.
You can always go into Settings in Superior Drummer 3, and disable Keyboard Shortcuts, which should bypass keyboard event directly to Cubase.

In Menu/Settings/MIDI Events, check that MIDI Program Change isn’t allowed. These messages can change presets etc. and are sometimes included in MIDI files, without the users knowing about it…

Thanked by: Jooris NittIf you create a custom MIDI mapping you can place articulations anywhere on the keyboard, for example gather all hi-hats next to each other. This is done in “Settings / MIDI In/E-drums”.

Thanked by:As a follow on, if I use the song track editor and enter in all the time sig changes, I can align the grooves if I drag them to the song track so I suppose that’s a work around.
To get SD3’s timeline to match the timeline of your DAW, if it has time signature changes, you must add those time signature changes to SD3 too, so that’s correct. Sd3 has to know where the time signature changes are to be able to draw the songtrack, and all the bars, correctly!

Use the numbers 1,2 or 3 on your keyboard to select the Pointer Tool, Add Tool, or Split Region Tool.
Shift + mouse wheel will scroll horizontally.

Instead of loading an entire preset, you can pick out certain instruments and mixer channels to load by going to “Select Parts…” on the preset (found in the menu arrow on the right side of the menu where you select presets). In there, select to only load the selected instruments, and only load selected mixer channels.
If you have selected the kick in the instruments tab, and select Kick in, Kick out, and Kick Sub (for example) in the Mixer tab – only those will be loaded from the preset!

Thanked by: John and PietjePuk100ah ok, now I follow your work path!
If you instead of going to the menu and choose “Paste”, right click the target MIDI block, and select “Paste” from the the popup menu instead.
There’s a difference in how Paste works, the menu vs. directly right clicking on a block and choosing Paste in that menu. I understand that you can misunderstand this, because there’s no design that tells you how it works. I will add this as a feature request – to make it easier for users to understand what the different Paste options does!
