Are you using the latest update (v 3.1.2) of Superior Drummer 3?
What audio interface are you using, and what drivers are installed for it?

Can you load it on the same Library/Preset that you originally created it with?
Click ”Manager in Explorer”, zip the MIDI mapping preset and post it here so we can have a look at it!

I was wondering if you purchase a TT product for one OS(Mac or PC) and you were to change to the other operating system, can you remove your old download, un-authorize, and all of that and re-download on a new(different) OS.
Yes, you can. You buy a product, and then you download it for Mac or PC. You can download it again in the future if needed 🙂

That is probably the best way to do it.
There is another way – change the song key, double click a block, then transpose the block to the previously used song key. This will show the correct chords. However, the Chord Selector will be rotated, since it’s adjusted to the transpose, e.g. if you transposed the block to A, the A chord will be the topmost chord in the Chord Selector even though the song key may be something else. I would say that you should do like you do, to avoid having the Chord Selector rotated.
If possible, add the song key to start with. By doing that, everything will be correct from the beginning!

I’m facing the same Problem with a Fame DD-One e-drum set (similar to medeli DD518 DX). I’d like to know if you already found a solution to the issue. If not, maybe i can do some more research, too (post a midi-file as mentioned above or else …).
Yes, a MIDI file is helpful for us to check out!

I’ll check with the coders today to see if they can figure this one out! Thanks for the patience…

Select some parts you want to change play style on, but keep the chords on. Select “Use Browser MIDI” and you can now preview the selected play style in the browser, and it’s using the selected chords. By “variation” do you mean inversion of the chord?

Most DAW:s don’t (unfortunately) support drag and drop, so that you can drag MIDI from a track into plugins, such as EZdrummer 2. I thought Studio One supported this?
Anyway, you can record enable EZdrummer 2 and press play in the DAW (while having Follow Host enabled in EZd2). This will record the MIDI onto the song track of EZdrummer 2, and you can then use it in Tap2Find.
Don’t forget to disable Follow Host, or delete the MIDI on EZdrummer 2’s song track – or else you’ll end up with double triggered MIDI notes 🙂

Thanked by: Marcin WojtaszczykThe easiest way is to drag the MIDI to Tap2Find. It will find the best matching groove, which should be the same. And you can pick any of the top matching resulting grooves and check their folders, or use it with the Song Creator, since they will have a similar feel and rhythm as the one you dragged from the DAW.
If you want to see the folder for any groove file that’s in the result list for Tap2Find, right click the groove and select “Show in Browser” (as in Scott’s post below, which also works on files in the Browser and in the Search tab).

Thanked by: Marcin WojtaszczykIf you check in Product Manager, does it indicate that you should update anything?
If not – in Superior Drummer 3, go to Settings/Advanced and click Restore Instrument Database.
Reply back here on the progress!

What DAW are you using, Logic Pro X?

I’ve tried resyncing midi
By that, do you mean Restore MIDI Database in Settings? If not, that usually fixes these problems.

Good afternoon. It is the first time, that I have installed the Super Drummer 3. From the interface, in the section “SLOTS” I have seen “Show in the MIDI web store” I have downloaded many rhythms, of different styles (online folders). Is this section free? And can I use the rhythms freely? Thank you!
Then Online MIDI is just a preview function of the MIDI that you can buy from Toontrack. You can’t drag that MIDI to the song track etc.
