I agree with others here. Toontrack needs to step up here. Without VST3 support my entire EZ-Keys library is rendered useless in my favorite composing tools. And all the 40% off sales in the world will not entice me to purchase more if I can’t use them.

    I have two foot controllers.

I have a set of Jobeky hi-hat and a set of Field hi-hat. Right now they are both sending CC4 and controlling the one set of hi-hat in SD3. But it isn’t perfect. They interfere with each other such that I can’t play them simultaneously. I want to add a second hi-hat to the kit in SD3 and have it receive, say CC5, and be controllable independent of the other hi-hat.

Having a second hi-hat is pretty common today in acoustic sets. I’m an open handed drummer and want a fully operational hi-hat on my left side and my right side.

When I wrote this I didn’t realize the Grooves tab has the exact functionality that I am describing. If I would known that my post would have been a lot shorter.  Can the Instrument search work like the Grooves search? ?

Please don’t take my comment as a critique. I researched them all and Superior Drummer lives up to the name.  I find the software pretty incredible, being a software developer myself I know there is some serious work being done here.

The core library has a 6″ and 8″ Pearl Masterworks and a 6″ and 8″ Ludwig Concert Tom.  But I’m wondering if there are more to be had.  I can make these work.
