  • Same problem here. This is my first contact with this company, and it is directly disappointing.

I’m also getting the “Checking for updates” spinning wheel, then “Update chek failed. The connection timed out.” screen. Extremely frustrating after all the money I have spent with them over the years.

Same here. Fire up Toontrack Product Manager; Version 1.1.6 (build 42669)

Starts normally with “Checking for Updates” for a minute or so

Error message: “Update Check Failed. The connection timed out”

Looks like the remote update server is down. Will try again later

    Using Sequoia 15.7.3,

I have never had this problem in the many years I have been using Toontrack products. Please sort it out.

    Hi, can you please elaborate?

Are you having connection problems? The previous problems should be solved by now.
Or do you get an error message when opening the application? Something else?

    BR,
    John
