Product Manager – Update Check Failing

I haven’t been using my Toontrack products for… way too long; but this afternoon fired it up and tried to add EZD3 to an instrument track – and it was not in my DAW; standalone app still available.  Trying to work through that I opened up the Product Manager – and can’t get past the update check saying connection timed out.

Steps I’ve taken:

• Reinstalled Product Manager with latest version
• Manually allowed public/private access through firewall.

 

And that’s about as far as my computer saavy goes.  Does anyone have any ideas, or can point me to an article/previous post?  The ones I’ve looked through are missing the connection timeout failure.

SAME.  It keeps saying the connection timed out and I troubleshooted and just have no clue what to do

I have same issue.  Thought it was my new computer, which was able to install PM and download EZdrummer last night.  Today, I cannot login on to PM from either my new mac or old mac.

Same here, haven’t used it on this PC before, installed it and getting a connection error on the update check. I’m stuck like everyone else here.

I am having the same exact issue, MacOS Tahoe 26.5.1.

Just purchased Superior Drummer 3, downloaded and installed fine though activation would not work with log in credentials, would just hang until I force-quit the app. Was able to activate using the manual process to obtain downloadable key. However I still CANNOT get any of the libraries downloaded via Toontrack Product Manager – Just sits there spinning on “Checking for updates” until it times out with available options only being retry or quit. Have not been able to use my new software since purchasing it over 3 hours ago now! This is unacceptable Toontrack!
