Product Manager – Update Check Failing

I haven’t been using my Toontrack products for… way too...

I haven’t been using my Toontrack products for… way too long; but this afternoon fired it up and tried to add EZD3 to an instrument track – and it was not in my DAW; standalone app still available.  Trying to work through that I opened up the Product Manager – and can’t get past the update check saying connection timed out.

Steps I’ve taken:

• Reinstalled Product Manager with latest version
• Manually allowed public/private access through firewall.

 

And that’s about as far as my computer saavy goes.  Does anyone have any ideas, or can point me to an article/previous post?  The ones I’ve looked through are missing the connection timeout failure.

I’m having the same problem as everyone else here! I bought duality 1 and 2 went to product manager and it timed out on connection. Try everything it said to do but… Not dice!! (Tahoe Os). Now what do we do??

Same here on my windows 11. Literally tried desktop and laptop and done everything I can find online. Dummmmbbb
