We are currently working on an update. It will be released when it has gone through the proper beta testing process. In other words, ASAP!

    HI Olle,

Is there any word on the bug fixes yet. The one involving “Muli-Out Crashes” at 48k is a showstopper here. PLease advise.

    Thanks

That’s not a bug. The multi-out routing template is no more than a
suggestion but it is a suggestion that always follows a certain way
of sending the same signals to the same outputs. Kick goes to
output 1, snare top goes to output 2, snare bottom to output 3,
hihat to output 4 and so on. If the preset has no Snare Bottom
channel then there is nothing routed to output 3.

I guess this makes sense if I adjust my thinking a bit. Wink
    Thanks for the explanation.

Click on the Mulichannel button. Depending on the kit selected the numbering is not 1-12 as it should be. The channels are numbered out of order and some numbers are missing completely. This is on the EZ Drummer mix window.

I am not aware of any such problems. Where and when does
    what happen?

I mentioned this in my first post, and in two bug reports I have sent you.

When Multichannel is selected in the mixer… Drum tracks are not sequentially numbered. They appear very random.

    thanks again

Will this fix also include the random mis-numbering of the Multi-Out option?

    Thanks again.

Changing the sample rate in Pro Tools is not an option. So, EZ Drummer is useless here. How long will this fix take to implement and are offering refunds?

    Thanks,

    I’m having the same problem.

Pro Tools HD 11.1.3, Windows 8.1, HDX card with Avid Omni. 48k 24bit.

Output 3 Is missing when clicking for Multi-Out.

And a full crash ensues when more than two aux tracks are used.

If you need a beta tester with a system such as mine, I am available. Shoot me an NDA.

    I little update:

The exact same sessions, with the exact same plug-ins and settings (PT11.0.1 HDX), do not exhibit this behavior in Windows 7, only in Windows 8.

    I hope this helps.

Well, the “crashing on Bounce” is actually now listed on the “Known Issues” on your website.

I am running Win8 HDX, and there are very few of us at the moment.

Will an upgrade to Superior Drummer also exhibit this issue? I’ll be happy to upgrade if this will be alleviated.

    On Windows 8 HDX, 16gb RAM, i7 3930k.

Yes, All sessions with EZDrummer crash Pro Tools 11.0.1 to the desktop when offline bounce is selected, This is 100%. Real time bounce is fine. Disable EZDrummer, and offline bounce is fine on these same sessions.
