If you’re downloading on a Mac and are using the Toontrack Product Manager, you should only have Mac installers available to download.

EZbass comes with two carefully sampled bass guitars– one vintage and one modern.

Comes with bass MIDI for a broad range of styles.

There are currently 2 EBX Expansion libraries and 2 Bass MIDI packs available but they are separate purchases.

I’ve removed your inactive authorization. The system is set up to automatically remove inactive authorizations after a time but not if all authorizations are used quickly.

The MONSTER MIDI PACK 2 ODD METERS pack should have complete drum grooves yes. Pack 4 is fills.

What drum instrument are you sending the MIDI to since you don’t have EZD2 or S3? Is the MIDI mapping correct to play the Toontrack grooves?

MIDI files don’t contain any sounds. They are MIDI data. They require a drum sound instrument for playback. EZD2 or S3 are sound instruments that are required to play back the MIDI files.

Do they show in the browser of EZD2 or S3? Which Toontrack sampler are you using?

    From the Product page:

Works with EZdrummer, EZdrummer 2, Superior Drummer 2 and Superior Drummer 3 (optimized for 1 kick, 1 snare, 2 toms, 1 floor tom, 2 crash cymbals, 1 ride cymbal).

I suggest you contact Toontrack Support directly as I don’t recall ever seeing that error before. Click the Contact Support button in the FAQ below.

Oh, my only experience with the song track is when I drag a pattern to it, it automatically populates a whole song with midi I didn’t play, are you saying I can take the best parts of my different tracks/takes and have the song track be the comp? If so then I stand corrected and superior 3 has it all!

    thnx A

Reply To: Please add a take folder feature for easy comping! version: 3.2.4
    Operating system: macOS Mojave (10.14)

You can use the Song Track to record your MIDI performance to (from your edrum). For every “take” just add a Song Track. Then just comp to one Track.

You could record each take to different Tracks in the S3 Song Track. Click New Tab in the Track Menu or click the + in the Song Track.

Unless you purchase from the Toontrack Webshop and select “auto register” at checkout, you’ll just need to manually enter your purchased serial number at the top of the Toontrack Product Manager to register it to your account.

Have you received your serial number from the seller? If not, have you contacted them?

I’ve only ever heard of that happening when there is the same MIDI on the Song Track in EZD2 and on the DAW and Follow Host is active.

    According to John here:

    https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/drag-and-drop-midi-not-working-in-logic-pro-10-6/?view=all#post-2673190

It has been looked into but there is not an ETA of the update release. I’m sorry I don’t have more exact info

If you have your drum track on the EZD2 Song Track in your DAW and drag to EZbass as long as Follow Host is  active in EZD2 and EZbass, pressing play in your DAW should sync playback.

Can you give more detail on exactly what you’re doing? Are you using a DAW? Are you dragging from the EZD2 groove browser or from the EZD2 song track?
