    I’m in the US and it shows a temporary holiday sale price on the Thomann websiteof $188 for me. The Toontrack holiday sale price is $199. I’m not sure how the conversion works for Canada pricing.

    That is $10 US difference with the holiday sale price in effect.

    I don’t think that either the Toontrack Webshop nor Thomann were running a sale in early September on the bundle you purchased. I don’t work in sales for Toontrack but I don’t think they will honor a current holiday sales price on a product you purchased 3 1/2 months ago. I’m sorry you feel price gouged on your purchase but since you purchased long before the sale began, I’m afraid they won’t we able to refund you.

    Do I have to buy and download ez keys Grand Piano to use any of the ez keys before any of the updates show in the product manager? I just purchase $700 dollars worth of product, you got to be kidding me? I purchased 12 of them all under 1.0.0 1.0.1 and 1.1.0 I see your at 1.3.2 Common on now, send me the new versions! so I don’t have to deal with downloading not user friendly applications. It shouldn’t be this difficult! I only get 3 weeks off to be in my studio. I don’t want to spend it fixing software application, due to EZ key versions!!!!!!!! Download the newest versions. Are you going to charge me for them? You should at least give me a free download of EZ keys toontracks Grand Piano.

    Can you clarify please? Are you asking if you need to have an EZkeys sound library to use EZkeys MIDI packs? If so, yes. You need an EZkeys sound library to use all EZkeys MIDI libraries.

    Ok. I have no idea what you purchased and I have no idea what Thomann is/was running for a sale and at what time they were running the sale for. Nor do I know when you purchased it from the Toontrack Webshop and how the timing of your purchases effected pricing.

    You can use the Edit Play Style Velocity function when you have all instruments selected to adjust all the velocities at one time.
