The EZkeys MIDI packs require an EZkeys sound library.

Yes. It’s EZD 1 in the MIDI Browser.

Do you have an EZkeys sound library to load the EZkeys MIDI pack?

I just copied and pasted the serial number for your Progressive Foundry SDX purchase into your account and it registered ok. It should be there and downloadable now.

I see that you’ve used the website download. Could you please use the Toontrack Product Manager application to install the updates? The Product Manager helps with most install issues.

Please manually delete all .dlls and then run the latest update from the Toontrack Product Manager. Make note of the install location or, once installed, launch the EZD2 Standalone and check the exact install path from the Help menu. Set that path in your host.

I bought the EZDrummer 2 in 2015, installed it at my former windows PC and it worked well. Now I tried to install the same at my new Mac and all of a sudden there’s a new serial number in my account wich is not mine. I tried to enter my serial number and it seems that this one is registered to an other account. What went wrong?
Can you elaborate please? I only see 1 EZD2 product in your account with the same serial number since 2015.
Are you confusing serial number with the authorization number? Authorization numbers are computer specific so if you’re installing on a new machine yes, you will use a new authorization.

Is there an option to play in full screen or is ezdrummer3 the same as ezdrummer2 and not possible to set full screen?

Was the ezdrummer.dll moved since it was installed? Are there more then one ezdrummer.dll installed on the computer?

Thats the requirements for EZ Drummer 2.
Would like to know what the OS requirements are for EZ Drummer 3.
The above quote by Scott is quoted from the EZdrummer 3 product page.

Before I ask any questions, please update to the latest version of EZbass (1.1.3). The version in your screeshows 1.0.8 and is over and year old. Report back if updating fixes your issues.
