Cant find my midi files on Windows 10

Hello i just bought Epic Themes this morning. I download Toontrack manager, install it, everything good.

I registered my products …. OK then i downloaded it OK too !

And now i try to install and something go wrong. I have a message that tell me “software update is recommended” and “it’s not recommended to use with this product. You should update it as soon as possible”.

Moreover, i got a folder on my comptuer with strange files that i cant open.

Im totaly lost, can you help me?

I just want midi files to run it in Ableton and continue my sound project.

Do you have an EZkeys sound library to load the EZkeys MIDI pack?

Hello, no i just bought my midi pack. Where can i find the sound library needed? Do i have to pay to unlock my midi pack?

The EZkeys MIDI packs require an EZkeys sound library.

So i have to pay again to got access to my midi pack?

I didnt see but, except if i miss something there is not free instrument?

No. The sound libraries are not free.

OK, i just read again the page of epic theme, it’s not writing. it’s instrument à 155€/piece or 240€ for free, it’s must be indicate. So i’ll ask for a refund, i cant use the midi pack except by paying something i just discover to extract the .mid.

 

Do you know where i can ask for a refund?
