Currently there is no separate EZX available for the EZD3 sound library to be purchased. You would need to purchase EZD3 that includes it.

Have you turned the “bleeds” on those channels?

See this section of the S3 manual

I just filled out the webform and it worked as expected.

Do you get an error message? Are you filling the form out completely (all red asterisk)?

Click on the Chord Wheel pencil icon in the center and type “F#7sus4″ or whatever chord you want.

    Or

If you want more control over the notes that are used in a chord, you can open the keyboard view via the keyboard view button in the top left of the chord wheel. Add any extensions you want.

See this section of the EZbass manual

    https://www.toontrack.com/manual/ezbass/9/9-4-the-settings-menu/9-4-7-audio-midi-setup-standalone-only

In Standalone EZbass, you can select the MIDI channel under Audio/MIDI->MIDI Channel

On my PC under Apps I have an EZ Drummer 2 version 2.0.2 that is 3.33GB and also an EZ Drummer 2 update that is 299 MB.   Do I need both of those? Or can I delete the first one.  I do have projects using EZ Drummer 2.

Note i also have EZ Drummer 3.

Goal is I’m trying to free up space.

    Thank you!

If you have projects using the EZD2 plugin that you continue to need access to, then I wouldn’t delete anything.

And then I believe you need to turn off “Follow Host” before you bounce…

All of your download and install history is “from website” and not from the Toontrack Product Manager.

Please download the Toontrack Product Manager.

    https://www.toontrack.com/product-manager/

Then log into your Toontrack account from the Product Manager and NOT from the website in a web browser. Once logged into the Product Manager you can install without error.

The error message you are getting indicates that you are installing from the website download and not from within the Toontrack Product Manager.

AFAIK John reported this to Toontrack and they are looking into it. We don’t have any ETA on an update release date however.

That’s amazing. Does Ezkeys2 support also Strings Ensemble (I see that it’s a piano mostly?)? If not, which product does?

    Thanks!

Toontrack doesn’t currently produce a string virtual instrument.

    Thanks for replying.

I’m actually, as a professional could probably tell – a total newbie with this.

I have music composed using Guitar Pro, that I want to record and “bring to life” with real sounding instruments.

As I’ve said, I’ve just dragged the MIDI that I’ve exported from Guitar Pro, to REAPER.

It’s something like 4 tracks, strings ensemble, piano, bass, drums…

They have no sounds by default. probably because I need to add each of them a Virtual Instrument as you’ve said?

After providing them with a Virtual Instrument – will I be able to use fully the EZMix effects library to adjust the sounds?

If so – is there a Toontrack product that you could recommend to add a Virtual Instrument?

I’m asking it all as a newbie, and if you could answer it’d be great. If not – all good 🙂

    Thanks!

Toontrack makes a few virtual instruments.

    Ezdrummer3

    Superior Drummer 3

    Ezbass

    Ezkeys2

Take some time and browse those products as well as watch product video walk-throughs to see if they fit your needs.

Once you have sounds for your MIDI, you can use Ezmix2 to process the tracks.

    Hi,

    I’m doing something really simple:

    1. Export from Guitar Pro a MIDI of my song.
    2. Load the MIDI tracks into REAPER.
    3. Try putting an FX of EZMix2 on any one of the MIDI tracks, with the appropriate effect.

The result is that there is no sound. The EZMix2 is not receiving the MIDI input. All other effects does. Help with this please?

A MIDI track doesn’t produce sound on its own. What sound instrument are you feeding the MIDI to (piano, bass, et al)?

EZmix isn’t a virtual instrument that produces sound. It’s a mixing effect plugin.
