Thanks for replying,
let me provide an example :
I have my main drum track on track one. I would like to layer a Latin percussion conga track over the main drum track groove. Currently, it only allows me to have one type of drum kit per track. if I add the Latin percussion to a second track I can only play one track at a time- not both. I need them to play simultaneously. As of right now it makes me pick one track or the other.
hope that helps. I realize I could totally be missing something easy.
regards,
Ben
You’ll need to use 2 separate instances in your DAW. One for a drum kit and one for the Latin Percussion EZX.

Why does ezdrummer3 work with ezbass without using a DAW but ezkeys2 does not?

You have EZD3 and EZbass playback synced without a DAW? Not sure how.
To sync all the instruments timelines (EZD3 or EZkeys or EZbass) you’d need a DAW.

Both EZkeys2 and EZbass can be used together a DAW. ProTools, Cubase, Logic, et al.
Is using the programs (EZKeys 2 and EZ Bass) within a DAW environment the only way to synchronize them with each other? Is there another way to synchronize the standalone programs together?
Thanks!

Thanked by: BFRedrocksIf you’re using EZD3 that is 64-bit, in 64-bit Reaper, there is no need to “bridge” anything. The reason there was a bridge in Reaper was to use old 32-bit plugins in the 64-bit Reaper.
Set a plugin path to the EZD3 plugin installed location in Reaper and it should load.

Can you provide more info please? What exactly are you having trouble with?
I see EZD3 in your Toontrack account. Do you have the Toontrack Product Manager to download, install, and authorize it? What are your system details?

As far a I know you need to select the packs from the Toontrack Webshop first to add them to the cart.

Hi, I have the same problem with adding the DRUM MIDI 6 PACK to the cart.
I have a promo code that expires today and wanted to purchase this item.
Thanks.
Are you selecting your 6 MIDI packs before you click “add to cart?”

The offer is only valid for the full Regular version of EZD3 and not the upgrade version.

Thanked by: owenHi Jay.
I checked your account and for some reason your EZD3 Core Library didn’t auto register to your Toontrack account. I manually added it so it should now show under your EZX list.

Yes you can use EZXs in S3. There will be no limitations. They’ll sound the same.

any way for v2 owners to get the v1 content? 🙂

Sure. EZkeys2 includes the full MIDI content from the legacy version.

Hi Scott, I just want to be sure about this before upgrading to EZkeys2. So there’re no folder for Endings like there is on EZkeys1? I was even hoping that Toontrack would have expanded the Ending options on the upgraded version. Is it possible for Toontrack to restore and expand it on 2 as an update? Thanks.
Reply To: EZKey2 – Why no endings? version: 1.2.5
The MIDI from EZkeys 1 is included in EZkeys 2 which includes the Endings folder.
