The Session Organ Library is an expansion pack that requires EZKEYS 2 to work. It will not work in EZKEYS 1.

Yes. It’s in the manual but it’s often overlooked.

I use it often when I want to, say, turn up the ride Bell articulation and not the whole ride.

You can adjust the volume of each articulation individually if you want. Select the swirls articulations in the Articulation Menu and then the Property Box (Volume) will just adjust those articulations.

I also changed laptops several times. Today I installeer all products on my new laptop and only superior drummer fails to authorize. I have deleted all authorizations. Could you please solve the problem? My account is m.zondag@kpnmail.nl

    Operating system: macOS Sequoia (15)

I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be all set.

wheni installed the trial verson im stuck with the sound library issue even after i paid for the full version kindly fix soon

    Please give more details.

Have you installed via the Toontrack Product Manager? Have you installed both the EZD3 product as well as the Sound Library? Do you get errors from EZD3 at startup? If so please post screenshots of the errors.

In addition, as with any computer related support issue, please provide computer specs details.

If you purchased as a guest, what email did you use when purchasing? You can’t purchase, even as a guest, without providing an email address.

Did you get any email with order details? If so, did you get a serial number to register to your account?

I do not see any order from our side associated with your forum email. Having said that, if you’ve submitted a support ticket, they will get back to you ASAP and resolve any issues.

    Hi,

I attempted to purchase a Superior Drummer 3 bundle (with two SDX expansions) today, but the transaction was not accepted. I received an error message

twice at checkout. My order number shows up in my account as #…..44 – “pending payment” but my credit card provider said no payment attempt was received on their end.

Can you please help me complete this order or suggest an alternative payment method? Thanks.

In the days before EZD3, you needed to have EZD2 plugin installed to use the EZD2 Core Library. Upon the release of EZD3, Toontrack created the EZD2 Core Library EZX that acted as an “Expansion” to EZD3. Users that purchased the EZD2 to EZD3 upgrade automatically had that EZD2 Core EZX wired to their account.

Thus, those that just wanted to install EZD3 and have access to the EZD2 Core Library could do so without having to install the full EZD2 Product.

Hi Scott. I have new computer after the old one has failed. Could you please reset all authorizations slots so I can install my Toontrack on the new PC,
    Thank you in advance

Leo, you have only used 1 out of 4 authorizations for each of your products. You should be able to authorize your new computer.

I bought EZ Drummer and the Reggae pack a few years ago – haven’t used it in a long while, and it no longer appears available as a PlugIn for ProTools.  I have a serial number can can login – downloaded EZ Drummer but it is not installing, the message says there is no app to install it (a 3Gig DMG file).  Any ideas on how to get the program reinstalled?

    Thanks

Hola como puedes ver en la foto ta lo tengo activa la version de Try . Para registrar el producto de Try necesito un numero de activacion? No me han dado ninguno numero cuando he realizado todo el tramite para la licencia Try.

Like I said in my first post, you need to install the EZD3 Trial Sound Library that you haven’t downloaded and installed yet.

From your screenshot it shows EZD3 plugin in the ‘Drum’ folder in your plugin list and not the ‘Toontrack’ folder.
